Perfect stay!

Condo was beautiful and clean! Completely set up for our family stay. The beach was so close and easy to access for my 70year old mother. My 7 year old enjoyed the pool and hot tub… we will definitely be back!

The room was very clean, close to beach, parking was great. It was very easy to communicate with the renal company. They would answer messages very fast. Would recommend staying.

For the most part everything was great. Only issues were patio doors difficult to open and close, worn cushions on the balcony sofa, and no decent area for my husband to smoke his cigars. The floors were pretty sandy. I should have brought some slippers

Thank you for writing us a review! I believe you are saying you all are upset your husband couldn't smoke his cigars on the balcony? If that's the case most complexes in the area do not allow smoking on the balcony but people do break the rules from time to time. I do have on the listing, in the rental agreement and in the check in instructions that smoking is not allowed on the balcony and smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the common areas of the complex. Smoking is allowed on the beach so I am not sure who told you it wasn't but they are wrong. If you are ever there and someone is smoking on the balcony and it is bothering you call security and they will address the issue.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It overlooked the beach and we were able to see dolphins almost every morning while on the balcony enjoying our breakfast. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot, so that was excellent! We would come back to this property.

I appreciate the review! The living room furniture in this unit is only a couple years old and is still in great shape. The furniture in the last unit you stayed in is nicer than the average condo furnishings since I own that one and I always put recliners and leather in my units. I will let the owner know that when its time to replace the current furniture she may want to consider leather as well. I appreciate your repeat business and look forward to your next trip!

Crystal Shores was a great place to stay and has become my new favorite. The condo was the perfect size for 2 people. We did t really need the second bedroom and bathroom but it was so nice for my husband and I to have separate bathrooms and I used the second bedroom for all my luggage and extras. The place was very clean. Check in and check out process was simple. My favorite thing about this place is the beach access…..very short distance from the condo to the water’s edge and not crowded at all. Also perfect view from the balcony with comfortable seating. The only negative I have about this unit is the shower heads…..very little pressure and we couldn’t adjust it. But it worked and all the positives definitely outweighed this. Will definitely be back!!

Property was clean besides someone forgetting to flush their poop. That was an unwanted surprise. Besides that, we had a great view of the beach from the balcony. Instructions were very detailed and access to the property and amenities were a breeze!

I appreciate you writing us a review. I contacted the cleaning company about the toilet not being flushed because they take pics after every clean. The pics show that the toilet was clean and nothing was in there. I have contacted the HOA to see if they would review the camaras to see who accessed the unit between the cleaners leaving and you arriving. I apologize that this happened and if at all possible I will find out how that happened and prevent it from happening again! I appreciate your understanding and welcome you back anytime!

Unit was very clean and well equipped (but don’t forget extra toilet paper as you’re reminded to), view of beach and night time crab scavengers with flashlights was great. Having rental chairs and umbrellas was convenient and the dude setting up was very friendly (teenage grandluvs were happy to make the rentals for us). Parasailing was within walking distance. Host Terry was readily available and very accommodating as I had to change dates once. Parking was perfect, elevators were fast!! Everyone in town (shops, stores, restaurants) were amicable and friendly. We hope to return soon.
