Welcome to The TipSea Turtle! This cozy 2BR, 1.5BA bungalow is just 1.2 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and downstairs, a pull-out sofa in the game room offers extra sleeping space—making it easy to sleep up to 6 guests. Enjoy the screened-in porch, outdoor shower, and breezy living space. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed coastal getaway with charm, comfort, and convenience.
What makes our place stand out? It’s the little things—like the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee, the outdoor shower that makes beach days a breeze, and the downstairs game room that doubles as a cozy bonus sleeping space.
What do we love about it? The layout makes it easy to unwind, whether you're enjoying the open-concept living space or lounging in the peace and quiet of the back porch. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for sleeping in, cooking a casual dinner, and just enjoying time together.
We provide bed linens and towels for your stay, along with a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. The home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
With boat parking and no HOA, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your beach getaway.

Please note: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for security purposes. It records video and audio of the exterior entryway only. There is an inactive Blink camera above the front door that will be removed (it doesn't work).
When checking out, we just ask that you take your trash to the outdoor bin and clean any dirty dishes. We’ll handle the rest—thanks for helping us keep things tidy for the next guests!
Driveway parking available for vehicles, boat, or jet skis
We simply ask that you treat our home with care and be respectful of our neighbors so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Hey there! My husband and I live just outside of Apex, North Carolina. We're originally from out of state but have fallen in love with the area—especially its beautiful outdoor spaces. Over the past three years, we've enjoyed hosting guests at our place near Jordan Lake, sharing the tranquility and natural beauty of the region. Now, we're excited to extend our hospitality to our beach home in Ocean Isle Beach. We've put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing space, and we hope it feels like a home away from home for you.

My husband and I love spending time at Ocean Isle Beach — it’s our favorite place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the simple things. The neighborhood has such a peaceful, laid-back vibe. It’s close enough to all the fun spots like the beach, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away just enough to feel quiet and relaxing after a day out. What we enjoy most is being able to start our mornings with coffee on the porch and end our evenings with beautiful sunsets nearby. It’s the perfect little getaway spot, and we’re excited to share it with you!
