We used this house while working on a trial in Mesa County, the location was great, the river trial is an added bonus. The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect!

This property exceeded our expectations! It is so beautiful and CLEAN! The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire townhome is so roomy! Communication was great and was super easy to enter the property. The townhomes ideally located in Grand Junction, close to the Monument, CMU and downtown! We loved it and will definitely be back to stay! Thank you!!

Lovely new property with lots of space, light, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It’s very comfortably appointed. It’s a great location within walking distance to Starbucks, the river trail, a splash park and beach area. Very close to a mall and restaurants. I highly recommend this stay, and I hope to stay again.

It was a great stay! The townhouse was perfect for our little group. Very clean inside and quiet outside. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Close to downtown and shopping and a quick few min drive to CMU.

Everything exactly as advertised! Great location, NEW, and very quiet. Great layout and worked well. It was nice we were able to park in the garage and walk to Starbucks as well. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again.

I stayed here while I was doing my 12-hour clinical rotations and I brought my family with me on this trip. We loved this property and highly recommend it for anyone staying in town. The beds were comfortable, beautiful views, walking distance to Starbucks, and access to trails/parks. The host made sure to reach out to me to make sure all my needs were met. I would definitely stay at this property again if I ever come back to this area.

Great location if you are attending concerts at the Amphitheater at Las Colonias or utilizing the new Colorado River path. Very close to Main Street. The home was clean and inviting. We felt very comfortable. Loved we each had our own bathroom.

This was the perfect property, new build, very clean, great location for the river bike trail and a short drive into town! Thank you!! Will be renting a different property from you guys soon so we can bring the pups!

Absolutely loved this place. Very comfortable furniture and bedding, nice ambiance with variety of lighting and very clean throughout. Kitchen was marvelously appointed with lots of silverware, dishes, and cooking accessories, and lots of variety with small appliances. Felt like we were at home.Super friendly hosts communicated timely before and throughout the rental process.Location is ideal, whether you’re looking for proximity to CMU campus, downtown GJ, or highway access for excursions in the surrounding areas. We’ll be back!

My family enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, grilling up dinner on the BBQ, and strolling to local shops, restaurants, and wineries, the townhome makes every moment feel special. It’s the kind of place where adventure meets relaxation—ideal for exploring the beauty of Colorado’s West has to offer by day and unwinding in cozy, modern comfort by night.
