My wife and I, along with daughter and her family, had a very pleasant visit at this property.The property was new, clean, well laid out and furnished, and conveniently located for our needs.We spent a week here. During our stay, we visited downtown Grand Junction, Colorado national monument and Arches National Park - and much more.We highly recommend the property.

This house is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Grand Junction. It is well designed house for a family to stay. You are close to anything you want to do while there, whether it be just crossing the street to the grocery store or a quick trip to many restaurants. Downtown is only a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful property for a larger group (up to 8) and centrally located near many amenities. We stayed for an entire week as our son was getting married in Palisades.The 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms were important for us all to have good sleep and room to get ready for 3 nights of festivities. They had a steamer iron and new washer / dryer, which we needed. Everything was modern, new, and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed, including a grill in the backyard. We ate in 4 nights with no issues. We could walk to the grocery store for food supplies. The spacious home was wonderful for hanging out with family and doing wedding prep. We didn’t all feel like we were on top of each other. The host, Jess, was very responsive and helpful both before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again during any future visits to Grand Junction.

Large living space. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are nice. Outdoor yard is very minimal and driveway is very steep. Across the street from grocery store and Starbucks. Very well equipped. We had 5 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. Would stay again.

The communication and ease of booking checking in maintaining and checking out. Jen was extremely responsive and even reached out to let us know about a potential power outage during our day. Beautiful clean home we will be coming back.

This rental offered us a great location for our family trip to attend a wedding in the area. There was adequate room for us, our children and grandchildren. The home was clean and offered amenities as listed. There was adequate space for all of us and offered a relaxing and stress free vacation. The booking process and communication during our stay was exceptional! We would definitely consider staying here again if we are back in the area.

Property is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beds are extremely comfortable as well as the living room furniture . Fantastic location and is central to any and every activity you may want to do. Grocery store is within walking distance. Many restaurants are just a short drive. This place is truly a Jewel! Graduation Weekend

This is a beautiful property that has a great location, only a short drive to CMU, many restaurants and bars, and a variety of stores. It was a great property to have our adult family of seven stay and have plenty of room to feel comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The host is very kind and accommodating, and she did a great job of staying in contact with us. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Beautiful Quiet New House

Exactly as described! Very well stocked kitchen appliances and necessities. BBQ ready to go on the beautiful patio with outdoor table and seating area. Twinkle tree lights in the yard after dark. Master bed and bath is huge. Mudroom with storage and laundry super helpful. Grocery store less than a block away so we walked to stock up on food. Bags under counter to help with the shopping. Super close to downtown. We plan on coming again next year and would recommend to any family or group of friends!

The location is great. It is across the street from a mini mall with Safeway and a great little bakery. For us attending a wedding at the Grand Junction temple, it was as easy walk away. Everywhere we wanted to go was within 15 minutes of the location. There were 5 of us and the four bedroom were great.When we return to GJ to visit, we will certainly try to book this property. The only negative, is the WiFi which is a bit week when everyone is trying to use it.
