Gorgeous, clean, spacious place! The location and views were amazing. Directly across the street from Spirit Mountain. Jinell was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Very clean modern home with a great A/C systems both up and down stairs. Nice to have separate living facilities downstairs for our children and grandchildren. We will stay here again next time we make it to Duluth!

Riverwest Stones Throw is a beautiful, modern and clean home. My group of friends had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed our stay and loved the peaceful and beautiful view. Jinell was wonderful to work with as well.

It was nice to find a place to stay so that we could spend time with our kids and their spouses in beautiful Duluth! My husband has a rare early onset neurodegenerative disease and is wheelchair bound now, this place was able to accommodate his needs. We also got to bring our dogs, they are an important part of our family. Very beautiful place with a nice view of the St Louis River.

We rented Riverside for 3 days. We had the whole house. It’s very spacious and new. It’s a beautiful place! It met all our needs. We were very comfortable there. I probably wouldn’t have rented it had I known that there was construction going on in the neighborhood. I wasn’t told about that until I paid for it. We did have some issues with the place. The fireplace never worked. There was trash on the floor in the upper living room. The oven had a tray of chicken nuggets left in it. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close on the first floor. There was also some weird shrine in the back yard that was left. It was obvious the cleaning people didn’t do their job!
