Welcome to North Coast Cottage! This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom house is just a stone's throw away from the sparkling shores of Lake Superior, offering the perfect retreat for anyone seeking a tranquil escape.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room complete with comfy seating for up to five and a large flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix, making it the perfect spot for relaxing movie nights. The spacious master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a walk-in closet, providing ample space for all your belongings. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, ensuring that everyone in your group has a comfortable place to rest their heads.

The house features two bathrooms, one conveniently located on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink, while the upstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower/bathtub, providing all the amenities you need to feel right at home.

Step outside, and you'll find a spacious backyard oasis, complete with outdoor seating, a serene water feature, and a picturesque garden view. Off-street parking is also available, ensuring that you'll never have to worry about finding a spot.

- Historic Canal Park: This beautiful home is also just a couple miles away from Historic Canal Park and Duluth's one of a kind Aerial Lift Bridge, making it just a quick drive to many fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries & more.
- Lake Superior Zoo: Check out the Lake Superior Zoo only a short 13 minute drive away. Lake Superior Zoo is an indoor/outdoor zoo with big cats, primates & a barnyard, plus tours on a mini train & a cafe.
- Spirit Mountain: Adventurers and Outdoors lovers check out Spirit Mountain a recreational mountain featuring wintertime downhill skiing & a summertime adventure park. Spirt Mountain is only a 15 minute drive from this beautiful home.
- Enger Golf Course: Only 10 minutes away scenic and well-maintained golf course located at 1801 W Skyline Pkwy. It offers a challenging yet enjoyable golfing experience with beautiful views of the city and Lake Superior.

Pets - Don't worry about leaving Fido home alone! We're more than happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs at our place. There's just a small fee of $75 per dog. If you want to know more about our rules and regulations for bringing your furry friend, we've got all the details for you in our house rules and regulations.

Access - Next to the front door on the front railing post, enter the code on the lockbox. Pull down on the top black tab to open the front layer of the box. Inside will be your key. To close; enter the same code on the front. Pull the same black tab down. Shut the front layer of the box and let go of the black tab. Please be sure your keys are locked back inside upon your departure.

Parking - The driveway is located tot he the left of the house and has space for two vehicles. Over flow parking can utilize street parking per the City of Duluth policy.

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

You'll find our contact information in your booking confirmation. We'll primarily communicate through the booking platform and/or email, so keep an eye out for important check-in info. You'll receive all the details at 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else. We're here to make your stay amazing!

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) IF dogs are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; c) A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; for short term reservations the pet fee is $75/dog, for extended stays the fee is $150/pet. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted.

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

North Coast Cottage
We stayed here to be close to the hosital for support of a family member. It was perfect and i was able to tKe a great walk to the hospital every day through a great shopping area, pick up a cinnamon bun at Social Club!

Beautiful Location
We rented the house for a weekend in Duluth, and when I say that this house was in the most beautiful location, you could see water views from the upstairs bedroom and it was in a great location to all of the activities that we were doing while there I would definitely use this rental again when Duluth
