Beautiful condo and amazing beach access. Well furnished and super convenient. The local property management company (Prime Vacations) was outstanding - incredibly nice and responsive.

We had a beautiful partial beach view with swivel chairs to enjoy our coffee while looking at the ocean. Managers AMI locals were great!

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Everything was very clean. We did not have beach chairs and the rental company dropped some off to us within an hour. There is no elevator access so you will have to climb some stairs. The view out the sliding door is amazing!

The unit was very clean and the property well kept. Parking was very easy and available. For this particular unit, there is not an elevator so you do need to walk up four flights of steps to get to the unit. They provided umbrellas and beach towels and chairs, which was very helpful. This property has a partial view of the beach, but it was beautiful to look at every morning. It would’ve been nice to have a balcony however it was so hot I don’t think we would’ve sat out there anyway. Access to the beach and pool was super convenient. The property sits right on the beach so you can watch beautiful sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked with dish and glassware, pots and pans, etc. and the appliances were all new. We had a little bit of difficulty, figuring out the TV remote controls, but it all worked out fine. There was a little bit of confusion upon our arrival as maintenance was going to assist us with our bags to get up the steps, but our flight was delayed and we got to the property late so we had to bring them up ourselves. When checking out, we contacted AMI the day before and maintenance promptly arrived the morning of our checkout to assist us bringing bags down to the car. We would definitely come back to this property in the future. Nancy S
