Unità finale 3BR / 3BA: 4 ° piano !! Avvolgi balcone, servizio spiaggia!

Ottimo condominio di fine unità con privacy e viste meravigliose dal grande ponte avvolgente !! Tutti i nuovi letti king size, tutti i nuovi mobili e 4 nuove TV a schermo piatto, tutta la nuova vernice e il nuovo pavimento in legno tutte le camere da letto e la zona giorno. Morbidi colori da spiaggia in tutto: blu, verdi e gialli. Alloggi: condominio, 3 camere da letto + divano letto matrimoniale nuovo e 3 bagni completi (posti letto 6-8). La master suite king ha un grande armadio a muro, vasca da giardino e cabina doccia. La seconda camera ha una cabina doccia e il 3 ° bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. Ogni camera ha un accesso privato a un bagno !!
Altre caratteristiche:
1) Unità terminale significa finestre e luce naturale in ogni camera da letto, privacy e meno traffico di persone
2) Il 4 ° piano è un piano perfetto per la vista sulla spiaggia !! Non troppo alto e non troppo basso. L'ampio balcone avvolgente può facilmente ospitare il tuo gruppo.
3) Le sedie da spiaggia sono incluse in questo noleggio e verranno allestite ogni giorno sulla spiaggia
4) Le nuove serrature e codici elettronici consentono di accedere direttamente all'unità senza viaggi nella hall o problemi con le serrature di vecchio stile
5) Puoi contare sul fatto che la nostra unità sia molto pulita e abbia ciò di cui hai bisogno per divertirti!
6) Separare grande lavanderia con nuovi elettrodomestici

Great condo on the beach

Best beach condo I’ve stayed in. Three bedrooms all with king beds and attached baths was wonderful. It was really nice to have a dining table large enough for all of us.Being on the fourth floor with a wraparound balcony was wonderful and the sunset views were just fantastic. loved the beach chair and umbrella setup, too! lots of good dining opportunities close by, and grocery stores also convenient. Communication with Al was convenient and timely. Hope to stay here again!

First gulf stay

We booked this for my wifes 50th birthday with friends. This property was everything that was listed and more. Veiws were tremendous communication with owner was outstanding. The beach service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo

We had a great time staying at Celadon. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Felt that the condo could have been cleaner upon arrival but was overall ok. It was a great location, 4th floor had great views and plenty of outdoor seating.Beds were not the most comfortably but would not keep me from staying again. Woulds suggested owner purchase a few extra pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closets, a second set of dish towels and pot holders as there were none.

Book this condo!

This is a great condo in a great location! The condo has plenty of room with a great set-up. Three roomy bedrooms with 3 baths. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not overcrowded. Two pools with hot tubs and a decent exercise room. The property is close to a grocery and several really good restaurants. It is also close to Thomas Donuts (the greatest of all time)! We had a great week!

Perfect Vacation!!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The large patio was great to relax on and listen to the ocean. The owner was very responsive and contacted us before we got to the condo. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for the perfect place.

The perfect getaway!

This condo had it all! It was clean, well kept and more roomy than the 2/2 units! If you are looking for a 3 br/3 ba oceanfront condo (AMAZING VIEWS!), this is the one! The property owner was great at communicating and I highly recommend!

Wonderful Week

We had a great week with our family! Perfect water and weather! The condo was as described and the owner was easy to communicate with. Celadon is on the quieter end of PCB and we really like that. Hope to stay here again

Grandson’s 1st Vacation

The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. The location was great! Close enough to Pier Park and other attractions, but in a quieter area of the beach. The beach chair service was a nice perk. Communications with Al were easy and prompt. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect location

Wonderful condo in a great location close to everything but away from crowds. Al was a great communicator and kept us informed through the entire process. We would definitely go back.

Fun Time at PCB!

Spent a week at PCB and had a great time. Celadon 401 is a fine condo, clean & up to date. Working with Al was easy! He texted us before we arrived to get our arrival time so he could set the door lock. He also texted us several times to check in on us after we arrived. The beach was beautiful, beach service, extra beach chairs & beach toys that were provided were nice perks. I would highly recommend this property for your PCB vacation. Being in the last high rise on the strip created a more family environment. A+

Beautiful Beach Home

This condo is a great place to stay at the beach. Had some communication issues with the sheets not being clean and hearing back from the owner on that. For the price it would also be nice to have some extras such as dish soap/dish scrubber and a blow dryer. Most units provide this and prevents us from buying un-necessary things to travel with. Other than that it was perfect.

Celadon - Great place to stay

The Condo at the Celadon was fantastic! Everything was very clean when we arrived and the 3 bedrooms with King size beds and baths was perfect for our family. The beach, water, and weather were perfect during our stay. The two on-site swimming pools were clean and perfect temperatures. The 4th floor wrap around balcony was HUGE and perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Al was a great host, checking on us multiple times during our stay. No issues with the elevators at all. The only thing was there is a $45 parking fee for each vehicle for the week’s stay (we had 2 vehicles $90). I think this should be noted in the listing for future customers. Thanks, Al, for a great vacation.

Very clean and well stocked condo

My family and I have stayed in this unit the last two years. It accommodates us quite nicely with three bedrooms , each with it's own full bath. The fourth floor is awesome in that you still have a nice view but can also easily use the stairs if you don't feel like waiting on the elevator. We will continue to book this condo in the future whenever it is available.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was perfect in every way. The view from the fourth floor was wonderful and there was rarely a wait for an elevator. Everything in the condo seemed brand new and was super clean. We spent most of our “inside” time on the huge wrap-around balcony. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The owner checked on us on the first day and a couple of times during the week to be sure there were no issues. The only issue was that we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to stay in this condo again soon.

Celadon 2024

We really enjoyed the corner balcony on the condo. Condo has 3 king beds/3 baths which is not an easy find. The owner was very easy to work with. We arrived on Saturday afternoon & had a problem with our pre purchased parking pass & there was no one on sight at Celadon to assist. The Celadon parking garage is a nightmare..not visitor friendly at all. Parking levels blocked off during our stay which was a holiday week. Parking spaces small & with a full size truck very hard to fit. None of the issues were any fault of the condo owner.

Nice condo

This condo is a nice condo. The owner was very good to work with. I have no complaints with unit 401. The unit was nicely furnished, it had everything we needed for our stay. However the Celadon itself is a disaster! We were there for 7 days and this place was very full with guests (23 floors). There are 3 very slowwwww elevators; 2 of them were out of order at least 5 of the the 7 days. Trying to carry all your beach bags, chairs & coolers up the stairway along with a couple toddlers is totally unacceptable when you are paying thousands to rent a condo here. Fortunately we were only on the 4th floor. The only thing nice about the Celadon itself is the heated pool.

This unit is great being on the end with the wraparound balcony and a private condo. Natural light in every room and all new furniture, paint and flooring!
