Great spring break week away with several other families. House was a terrific setup with multiple en suites, refreshing pool and right in the beach. Very easy to go back and forth to house, beach, pool, tons of chairs and towels - exactly what we needed!

Amazing week! Layout and the size of the house was perfect for our five adults children Plus two significant others. Everyone had a king bed, which was great! And the open concept, kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for family dinner nights! Being right on the beach and having a large pool was exceptional. A few minor things, like needing a new gas grill, and needing the pool cleaned on arrival, were swiftly taken care of. Would highly recommend.

This house & property is so beautiful! Our family spent many hours in the large pool, & spa & just steps to the beach. Everything was clean, & check-in was easy! The host was very nice to work with. Many great memories were made at this fantastic property!

Great location. House was directly on the beach. Sunsets from the house were amazing! The host company was easy to work with when there were a couple of problems upon moving in. Would rent this property again without hesitation.

The location is awesome. The only drawback on this visit was the spa and pool. The listing indicated a heated pool and spa. In February, this was an important amenity for us as we expected colder temperatures. However, the heating system for this unit is a heat pump and will not work when the temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. I understand no one can control the weather, but in February, a heated pool and spa is a must regardless of outside temperature if you market as such.

Ice machine was broken all week and after sending a repairman it was still broken. We had to leave and buy ice everyday. No ice cube trays were dropped off even though I had asked for some. Only had 4 regular size teaspoons which made it difficult for children to eat. Attention to detail was poor and had a smoke alarm chirping with a battery that expired in 2021. Upper air conditioner was not cooling and called for service and it was repaired. Called for service and the service company disconnected the wired in smoke alarm. Very disappointing to pay such an extreme amount of money for a one week stay and have to call for major items in disrepair. No one followed up to see if the repairs corrected the issue.

1) when we arrived all 4 trash cans were overflowing with garbage.2) main floor toilet did not work, fixed on second trip out3) ice machine in freezer did not work, they came out a couple of times to fix, did not get fixed during stay. we had to purchase ice across the street.4) microwave did not function properly came out a couple of times issue not resolved during stay.5) dish washer did not function properly, came out a couple of times issue not resolved during stay. 6) rented a high chair and pack and play for the baby, only to find out that the house had these items, which I had inquired about before renting.7) upon arrival pool was littered with debris. Pool was cleaned on Tuesday. They were supposed to clean pool on Friday as the placard stated but they did not. 8) beach cabana was broken beyond belief ( taped together with duct tape on many of the support braces) could not use. Why it was not discarded is beyond me and was very hazardous to try and put up before we discovered that it was severely busted up.9) It is very obvious that the renter is only in it for the money and they care very little about attention to detail. You would think they would make sure everything is functional and in good order before the nex renters arrive.

After researching the only thing reported to us was an issue with the toilet in which we came out on Monday and replaced the flush valve with no other issues reported during your stay. The pool is serviced twice a week- Tuesday and Friday. The pool was serviced twice during your stay. Please keep in mind this property is directly on the beach so sand does tend to get into the pool. We appreciate your feedback and will look into the appliance as we have not had any recent issues with them.
