Villa Angelina was amazing. The mostcomfortable inside and beautiful views outside. Also very convenient location to get to Marigot, Grand Case, Phillipsburg, and many great food options like Bread and Butter, Oasis, Mamas Pizza and the Oyster Bay resort for happy hours and Breakfast.

This place is amazing! The views are gorgeous and the villa is extraordinary. We stayed two weeks and experienced most everything on island and most is within a 20 minute drive. The wildlife is an added bonus with the iguanas and monkeys! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying on St Maarten.

The view was definitely the showstopper. You could not beat the views of the Oyster Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, St. Barth to the east and Anguilla to the north.The inside of the house was clean but needed to be updated. Beds were comfortable and they had all the essentials for the house.The location was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood.And let's face it, Saint Maarten is not that big so you could drive from one point of the island to the other in about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.We were disappointed upon arrival, how the outside of the property looked. It looked like no one had clean the patio, area where the grill was or the pool area in anticipation of our arrival. There were broken chairs from the patio set laying out.I got up the next morning and washed off those areas myself so that we could use them without feeling like we was stepping in dirty areas. I say all of this the say, the view made up for all of this. I think the property was recently bought, so I just think it needs a little work and they would have a gem on their hands.If you ask, what I stay there again? I would.The view!!

The place is incredibly beautiful and has a wonderful view. The hosts have thoughtfully provided almost anything imaginable that anyone could want. The housekeeping was exceptional, the place was spotless.The saltwater pool was great to sit around or take a swim.We certainly will have great memories of our stay. I highly recommend this villa.

We had the most exceptional visit and so appreciated the hospitality and the location. Things that were even better than what the listing said: the pool is fantastic, the beds are unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms are very clean, housekeeping came twice during our stay (such a treat), the community is very safe (gated entry to the neighborhood and to the house), the jaunt down to the local bakery, grocery, restaurants, and resorts around Oyster Pond is super easy and quick, the house is only minutes from Orient Beach and Philipsburg (some of our favorite spots), the bird sanctuary is just around the corner, the view is spectacular (and the exceptional in the evening), the A/C is supremely efficient, the kitchen is well stocked, the wildlife and vegetation around the house was enjoyed by the whole family (iguanas and monkeys!), and, lastly, the host and property management team were so helpful and made everything incredibly easy. We would stay here again over and over! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime. (Family of five - mom, dad, and three college age/high school age kids.)

We had an amazing time at the villa. It was exactly as described on the website. We had every amenity we needed. The hosts Michael and Susan were amazing and so was the property manager Natesha and house cleaner Sharon. We would definitely book here again. They also provided a lovely gift basket ready for our arrival, which was very thoughtful. Great location and property!

Villa Angelina is just stunning in every way. The host, manager, housekeeper, and pool maintenance were exceptional. The owners were very responsive and made our 5 week visit care free. Perfect location, quiet, secure and comfortable. Rarely do we arrive at a rental and it looks as good as the pictures. Villa Angelina, the staff, owners and venue exceeded our expectations.

The view was absolutely stunning! Great pool area which overlooked the bay, just as the pictures demonstrated. Mama and Oasis restaurants, both excellent restaurants and are practically within eyesight of the pool area. We particularly liked straddling the Dutch and French borders; if you are going to St Martin, I would highly recommend staying at Villa Angelina.

Great view!

Villa Angelina is very spacious and has all is needed. The view from up there is worth the steep drive, and the wild monkeys in the backyard steel the show. Thanks for a great place.

The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a gate at the entrance to the neighborhood, and one to the house. The property is very private. The house had all the amenities needed for an 8 day and longer stay. The pool was great, and the monkeys passed by on occasion, but had no interest in us. The power went out at one point, and the whole house generator was up and running in seconds, and ran for some time. We were very appreciative for that. There were new beach chairs available and tons of beach towels. The view from the master bedroom was incredible. St. Barts to the south, Anguilla to the north. We stopped in at Happy Bay a couple days, and that was well worth the trip. The house is just south of Orient Beach, and there are a lot of great places to eat on that side of the island. Oasis is about 5 minutes from the house, along with the small, but complete market across the street, and even a small gas station. Oasis was an absolute highlight of the trip. Essentially a French restaurant, but had a burger to die for. Driving is exciting there, especially when the cruise ships show up. Everyone, the owners and management were all very helpful. We would highly recommend this house.

Simply a flawless experience from start to finish. Susan and Michael were remarkably thoughtful hosts, answering our questions promptly with tons of helpful information. The villa was gorgeous and superbly maintained, and well-stocked with everything our group of 5 needed. The welcome basket was lovely and much appreciated after a long day of travel. Natesha and Roger were great property managers and incredibly responsive to questions. The monkeys and iguanas were just as advertised and the patio and pool were lovely serene retreats after full days of crowded beaches & strenuous adventures! We recommend Vill Angelina wholeheartedly! If we ever go back to SXM, we’ll definitely stay there.

A wonderful stay

Beautiful stay in St Martin

The home was just as listed, private, spacious and clean. The views from the pool and patio were beautiful. If we make it back to St. Martin we would stay there again.

Family Get Away

Beautiful location with lots of privacy. Views were special. We were there with our family 6 adults for a week and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spectacular get away.

Annual St. Martin Vacation

This was our second year at Villa Angelina and it did not disappoint. We love all the ammenities the house has to offer. The view is spectacular.
