Welcome to 3B at the Annabelle Building, a restored historic building in the heart of Savannah's downtown corridor. Walking distance to everything and loaded with amenities like a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gigabit wifi, and Public Goods bath products. The unit has a king memory foam bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is up two flights of stairs. This location is in the city and there is a high potential for noise from the surrounding streets.
In the growing restaurant corridor of Historic Savannah just a block from Broughton, the main shopping thoroughfare.
Best by foot. You can walk to everything in Savannah from here.
Please note this unit is in a vibrant, lively part of the city. Located in the center of Savannah’s nightlife, expect to experience noise through the night from surrounding bars and the restaurant below, especially on weekends.
