Perfect location in the middle of Jax beaches

We loved our stay at this property. Very clean and the best stocked rental I have used. Located in the middle of everything, leave the rental car in park and jump on a bike for dinner or pub crawling.

Outstanding view of sunrise

This property was exactly as described. Planning on booking it again next year. Steps from the beach and great view watching the sunrise every day.

Great Stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. The pictures of the place are very accurate. It was clean and comfortable and provided all the comforts of home. I've stayed at other places in Jacksonville Beach and this one was the best. We would definitely come back again.

Condo was beautiful and what a view! Easy parking on site and very short walk to beach. We had a great time and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Perfect location/spot

Absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back again! Did not want to leave. Well stocked and comfortable, cozy place with great balconies and views and sounds of the ocean!

Awesome, comfortable, beautiful.

Very clean, beautifully furnished, well-stocked with everything we needed, lovely linens and towels, gorgeous ocean view and large patios to enjoy it from. Would stay here every time if shorter rental periods were permitted.

Very roomy, cool, clean condo with a wonderful view of the beach!

We had a lovely stay at SeaQuest, with many walks in the neighborhood and on the beach, much swimming in the Atlantic, and many good seafood dinners! We enjoyed eating at the Seafood Kitchen and Whit’s Frozen Custard, and we enjoyed reading at The Bookmark. Thanks for a great vacation!

Very clean and updated condo. Many supplies and other items provided. Highly recommend this condo. The owner, Kelly, was very easy and responsive to work with. Looking forward to another stay in this condo.

Location, location, location

We would highly recommend this lovely condo. The owner was so easy to work with and the condo is lovely with every amenity you could want or need. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean kiss the shore was so peaceful! The location was perfect with restaurants, shopping and stores very close. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway

The property was perfect. It is very comfortable and inviting, with many thoughtful touches that made our stay so much more enjoyable. Communication with Kelly was great. I would highly recommend her and the condo to anyone.

Relaxing Jax Beach getaway

Kelly was quick to answer when I inquired about condo. Condo has all amenities that one could hope, plus more!😃 It’s a nice quick mile walk down the beach to Neptune Beach restaurants and shops too.

Beachfront getaway

Great week in Jacksonville Beach. Really nice beach front property with all the necessities! Came to visit with our adult daughter who lives there after having graduated PT school in St. Augustine. Hope to stay here again when we come back to visit her . Thank you Kelly!

Wonderful condo on the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Our son, daughter in law and our grandson stayed with us for a couple of days during our week stay and they also loved it there. The condo is spacious, well decorated and has all the comforts of home. The view of the beach from the balconies is fantastic. When we come back to Jacksonville Beach in the future, this will definitely be our first choice for a place to stay.

Location

This property had everything you needed for the beach and all the necessary things to start the vacation. Paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee, dish detergent, laundry detergent etc. Private beach access and the coew was beautiful.

Vacation!

Kelly’s condo is absolutely beautiful! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The 2 balconies were perfect for listening to the sounds of the ocean and feeling the breezes. We defiantly will be staying again. Kelly was easy to communicate with and was timely in her responses to my questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
