Rosa was an excellent host. Always responded immediately. House is comfortable and clean. Outdoor patio very comfortable to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Loved the outdoor space and kitchen was well equipped. However, there were a lot of bugs in all living spaces. The host was promptly informed and took over a day to respond. The host was kind enough to reimburse a portion of the cost. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay here.

We’re truly sorry about the unexpected issue with the bugs during your stay. After speaking with our pest control company, they confirmed that the unusually hot weather that weekend caused a significant increase in insect activity across many areas of Cape Cod. This was an isolated and unusual situation, and we had never experienced anything like it at our property before. We also apologize that our response was slower than usual. Thank you again for staying with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay. We wish you all the best.

This is a good choice that’s a bit more reasonable and more central to the Cape. Easily slept 11 with space to spare. The kitchen and open floor plan was great for gathering. Well appointed kitchen as well with plenty of cookware and other extras. -Beds were comfortable. -Bathrooms were nice with plenty of hot water. -Water pressure okay but that’s expected -Big backyard with nice deck and fire pit-Full second kitchen downstairs -Host was responsive when we couldn’t find the toaster (lol)-Dog friendly too although we didn’t bring our dogWe were a family of 11 in town for a wedding. Multiple families and generations all together and the house worked great. Much better than all staying in a hotel. In a quiet neighborhood good for some short walks. Plenty of stuff nearby like groceries, liqueur store, pizza, lobster, CVS, as well as nice hiking trails a short drive away. Highly recommend.
