Shell Yeah!—you found it. This is That beach house. The one with the chill vibe, epic location, and all the space your crew needs to relax, recharge, and have a blast.

Before the beach towels are unpacked or the grill is fired up, we want you to know this place was created with love, laughter, and a whole lot of heart.

This home is dedicated to the memory of two incredible women—my mom and my mami—strong, proud Puerto Rican matriarchs whose spirit lives on in every breeze off the ocean and every shell collected at the shore. Their fierce love of family, faith and culture inspired so much of what makes Shell Yeah! feel like home.

And to Ray’s amazing Irish mother, who continues to be a source of strength, grace and good humor in our lives—thank you for showing us what resilience and heart look like. You are part of the soul of this space too.

You’ll also notice the spacious pool deck, designed by the previous owner in honor of his dear friend, a veteran who used a wheelchair. He built that sun deck so they could enjoy togetherness by the water—no stairs required. It’s a space built for inclusion, comfort, and camaraderie… and it’s now a piece of the Shell Yeah! story, too.

Shell Yeah! is brand new to the rental scene—fresh, full of charm and just steps to the beach. With 5 laid-back bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a glowing 11x32 saltwater private pool and fully fenced in backyard- two front porches for lazy mornings and sunset cocktails, this place brings nothing but sunshine and Shell Yeah! vibes.

You'll have full, private access to the entire home—including the pool, porches, and a beach gear storage room (accessible to adults only for safety).

Towels, chairs, beach/pool toys? Shell yeah! We've got it all covered. Just bring your swimwear, food, flip-flops and favorite playlist!

Before You Shell Out—

Before you ride off to the salty sunset, please help us keep Shell Yeah! sparkling for the next wave of guests:

Toss all used towels and linens near the washer and dryer.
Empty all contents from both fridges.
Load up the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
Return any beach/pool gear or games to their spot
Trash pickup is Mon, Thurs and Sat. Recycling is Fri. Before you shell out, make sure all trash is in receptacles. We have VIP service from the town of Surfside Beach so NO NEED TO MOVE BINS. Shell Yeah!
