Enjoy this family friend neighborhood with a stroll to the state park beach only half a mile away or enjoy the lake views from several rooms in the home. No part vibe in this area, just rest and relaxation.
Enjoy an evening relaxing on the spacious back deck or 3 seasons front porch!
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
