Most guests have shared that they love having the information at their fingertips (if needed), and a few guests struggle with making it much more than it. The contract involved returning one page with a signature and a list of guests names/ages, which is required by the county in the event of an emergency. Sadly, stress often starts long before the actual stay especially when a big event, multiple guests and several rental homes are involved. I have had past guests share that pulling together several guests is like herding cats.

Actually, the price is lower than other vaca rentals in this class of a home. It is nearly 4,000 sf with six, beautiful king bedrooms (two are master suites) and 5 full bathrooms, which are all updated and gorgeous. It has everything you could ask for in entertainment amenities, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, media room with an 82 inch cable TV and over 1,000 movies offered, as well as full ocean views seen from nearly every room in the house. The hot tub is checked before and after each guest to ensure that it is clean, as well as in good working order.

Our cleaning company is instructed to "always" remove any worn/stained towels. I apologize and have discussed this with the owner of the cleaning company.
