The mini trailer was parked at the entrance to the development. Extremely quiet, convenient location. The trailer was exceptionally clean and had everything necessary to enjoy your stay.

This was a great stay! The camper was very clean and stocked with everything we might have needed. It was very easy to find and check-in was a breeze. There was a lovely fire pit just for us to use. The pool was a short walk, and very nice to be able to use on a hot summer day. We would absolutely return to this stay!

the trailer was very clean and well taken care of. Lots of extras like coffee creamers snacks and decorations. the outside was wonderful. nice porch, picnic table and fire pit. they even provided the wood. lots of lights. great place for a little vacation. the pipestem area is beautiful. the hosts were very nice and helpful and right there if you needed them.

My son and I had a great stay here, very clean and cozy little camper. The host was most helpful.We used this camper for our ski trip to Winterplace which was 30 mins away, this worked out fine for us.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cute little camper. It was a beautiful weekend getaway in the mountains of West Virginia. The host is very friendly and kind!!! The only thing would be to recommend a thicker mattress for the beds, not the best for sleeping more than a night.

Happy camper

This RV is absolutely the perfect place for a weekend get away or a vacation. Host makes you feel very welcomed. The location is amazing, and my Grandkids LOVED the pool, it looks exactly like the photo on site. I will be booking this RV again soon. Thank you Linda

Wonderful

Great weekend we will be coming back again to stay! The camper was smaller but was just enough for my grandson, my daughter and myself. Very clean and well kept! We came into welcoming note that also gave us all the information we needed for our stay! Highly recommend it!

The owners are amazing.. It was very clean and well stocked. She thought of little things we might need. My only thing is the beds are hard, the table bed was comfortable tho. Still relaxed and rested. My Grandsons had a great time. Linda, the owner, left then little treats on the table. Highly recommend!

Decked out camper

We rented the camper to avoid a thunderstorm at our tent camp site, and it was a great choice for our 4 small kids (plus 2 adults). Right across the street from Pipestem, it gives great access to the park. There is 1 bed, bunks, and a table that turns into another bed. Its small, but we knew that going in. Loved the covered deck, grill, and fire pit. The host left goodies and coffee pods that excited kids and adults!

We always wanted to stay in an RV. Kids loved it! Grandma not so much! The bathroom was squished with so many towels hanging on the door. Pretty tight for the space vs people! But if we were staying long we probably could have spread out better…. Pool was cold… but two of the boys were fine…

Loved this little "house on wheels" as my four year old called it. Great full size carport covering the whole area. Everything was well stocked in the unit, a gallon of milk, a box of single chip packs and little breakfasty snacks, even a few kids books! There was a bundle of firewood for the fire pit. AC worked fine. All of the appliances and fixture worked without issue. The outdoor pool was a five minute walk away and was much enjoyed by my kiddos. Apparently you can also access the heated indoor pool at the resort as well, though we didn't know that til we read the physical welcome book at the foot of the bed. There were ample notes printed out and placed around the unit to explain the different feature of the camper, very helpful for those of us city folk who are unfamiliar with how these things work. The main bed is a full and just barely slept my wife and I comfortably but the dining table bed is a decent option if you are shorter than 6 feet. Probably could fit an adult no more than 5' 9". Very thoughtful amenities, and super helpful, friendly and communicative hosts who live right behind the unit. The site was a little noisy due to it being right at the entrance of the Retreat area, so the noise of cars and golf carts on gravel was pretty constant until about 10pm. Loud music from the bar a few blocks away was also a little obnoxious but the host has thoughtfully included a noise machine in the camper to help drown out the noise. Thanks so much Clyde and Linda!
