Come enjoy this cozy modern cottage in the heart of Utah valley! It has a master suite, fireplace, gated backyard with a fire pit, and other fun recreational items for rent! Walking distance to University Mall, Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Movie Theatre. UVU/BYU, Sundance, ski resorts, and Silicon Slopes right down the road.
This is a top unit apartment. We have tenants renting the basement. Two seperate entrances, no connection. A single family of up to 10 or 3 individuals welcome

This neighborhood although close to everything you could possibly need, is a hidden gem with surprisingly how quiet it is. It’s safe with a lot of great neighbors. You can walk 5-10 minutes in any direction and find anything you could possibly need!

The unique character of this mid-century home brings a charm to your stay or may take you back in time! It’s got a lot of character and has a spacious backyard for roasting. More fun to come in the yard this year!
