Can't beat the location just steps away from everything Sodus Point has to offer. You will not find a better deal on the Point! A larger 2nd property is also available next door for a larger booking option.

Our family has been coming to Sodus Point since we purchased our first property here 2019. We have fallen in love with vacationing here and think you will too. Sodus has the right amount of beach vibes and local flare to keep you coming back to relax and enjoy.

This little cottage is all you need to enjoy everything that Sodus has to offer. You can walk to all the main attractions and have a beautiful view of the Bay. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your coffee or cocktail. The perfect retreat where you wont find a better deal on the Point!!
