Quaint and quiet. Great weekend getaway for the family. My son stayed up most of the night in the game room. Couldn't get him out because he was having too much fun.

Besides the outside of the house needing a clean, it was comfortable. The house had cozy beds and everything we needed for a great stay. The location was convenient, and the price was very affordable. We especially enjoyed having the game room, which was a lot of fun for everyone. The grill could use a good cleaning, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Communication from host was great! House was clean and bedrooms were good size. Great game room, we enjoyed our morning coffee in the game room and even had a morning fire in the fire pit one day. Very convenient to restaurants and bars, 2 minute walk to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful area, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Sodus is the perfect place to spend a couple beach days and this spacious house was a quick mile from the wonderfully maintained beach. Was large enough for many children. The teens enjoyed the YouTube access in each room. The kitchen was very functional. Like cooking at home. The host was responsive with easy check in. My husband worked remotely and the Internet worked seamlessly.comfy beds.

There was an ant problem in the kitchen. Host responded quickly and came and personally cleaned up the ants. Great location, great host, but house needed to be cleaned better.

Another great stay in Sodus Point! Property is in a perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. Garage game room is perfect for kids and adults!

Cute cottage, close to everything!

We all really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids especially loved our daily, short walks, to the beach. We had a great time and hope to return.

Great Location and Family Friendly

This was a great simple no frills kinda stay with a lot of private space for our kids and us parents. Garage with the games was a life saver in the rain.

Had a very relaxing stay. We met John (the host) when we arrived. Very easy check-in. Weather was not agreeable during our stay so the game room in the garage was awesome to have. We reached out to John to turn on the heat in the garage and he got back to us within minutes. Beds were extremely comfortable and the camp was very clean. The location is right in the middle of town. Short walk to many bars and restaurants. All in all A and we look forward to renting from John again.

Enjoyed my second trip here! This one was for 3 nights with 2 days of fishing and a trip to Niagara Falls! The house and neighborhood feels just like at home which is actually a 10 hour drive! Everything needed to relax! Also a great host!

Location, Location, Location!

We had a great time visiting the lake town of Sodus Point. Jonathan’s property had excellent space for family time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house is just minutes walk from restaurants, play spaces for kids, and the beach.
