What a beautiful view from the balcony! The pool/hot tub area was very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting at the beach in the evening. Some evenings there was live music at the Pavillion.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is right on the beach, which made everything so easy and convenient. One of the best parts was the Fourth of July fireworks—they were literally right in front of our condo! It felt like we had front-row seats without ever leaving the property. The owner was also fantastic—every time I messaged her, she responded quickly and was super helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Place was amazing. Beautiful veiw of the jetty. Wacth all the boats come and go during the day. Night time there was fireworks almost every night with great view from our room. Staff was friendly. Pool was big enough for everyone. Grilling area was amazing. Would rate the grilling area higher if possible. Would definitely rebook with sissy at the jetty east. Also they have shopping carts to use to get your stuff to your room.

Review

Room was clean other than maintenance closet which I wouldn’t have seen if AC was working. Was quite a bit of dust on unit and also the louvre door hand a lot of dust buildup between louvres. A/C was not working for almost 3 day total. Checked in on Saturday afternoon and A/C was down until Sunday afternoon and the loft again later in week. Also beach old have been easier to deal with. Almost 4ft drop from where chairs was then when yo get to water’s edge there was another 2’ drop from ankle deep to above your knee in first step. Umbrella people said beach was supposed to have been fixed.To be more level but wasn’t. I know the beach probably isn’t condo’s responsibility. Room was nice and easy to get to.

Perfect place for our first wedding anniversary

We arrived to the property and were greeted by the gate attendant, who was pleasant and got us a parking pass and checked in quickly. Parking lot is gated and monitored by security 24/7.Arriving at the unit, we found it organized, neat and clean. The front door is opened by a code lock so no need to obtain/worry about holding onto a key, which I loved since I'm always misplacing those RFID cards.Sissy provided us with plenty of literature (handwritten as well as local ad brochures) providing suggestions for attractions and food around the area.One evening during our stay, the air conditioning system went out and the host responded to my text within 15 minutes. She was quick to get the situation resolved as maintenance arrived first thing the next morning, got the A/C running, and we were good the rest of the trip. Sissy didn't hesitate to compensate us a generous amount for the trouble, which was greatly appreciated.The condo itself is in the perfect location. We didn't have to drive more than 5 minutes for any of the local restaurants/shopping. Publix is 2 minutes away. Tons of restaurants within 5 minutes. There's an amazing breakfast/lunch joint within walking distance (Local Market). Sunsets from the balcony are amazing.If you are looking to stay in Destin and want a place with great staff, amazing host and incredible location, BOOK THIS CONDO!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Jetty East! The condo had everything we needed and steps away from the white sugar sandy beach. We would definitely come back again, Sissy was amazing.

Great location

Overall we had a very nice stay. Loved the pool. VRBO was good for just 2 of us. The balcony does also overlook the parking lot which you don’t see in the pictures. Sissy was great at responding to any questions. Cleaning staff was also good at responding.

Loved this location! Very clean and comfortable. Not crowded at all. Very convenient parking. Pool was nice and warm even though it was a little chilly outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful way to ring in the New Year!

Wonderful hosts. Communicative and helpful. Great place to spend a long weekend. We had everything we needed and then some. The heated pool was amazing as was access to the beach. We were blessed with 3 amazing late-December beach days in a wonderful setting.

Magical Beach Vacation

Wow, Where do I start?! Let me preface this by saying I am by no means wealthy or well to do, but I have stayed at my fair share of beach rentals. Some higher end, and some lower end. I have been in places that I would never return to again and I have stayed in places that I would not have to think twice about returning to. If you are on the fence about Jetty East 316A let me help remove from that position. In my modest experience this was easily the BEST and most relaxing vacation I and my family have ever experienced. I'll start with Sissy, the owner, Bar none the best communicator I have ever had dealings with in regards to vacation rentals. Each and every interaction was quick, informative, and professional. The unit itself was 100% exactly as described. It was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and our 8 year old daughter loved the sofa bed. Also, the AC was amazingly frigid!! I was apprehensive somewhat about the view being of the East pass and not of the gulf. I was pleasantly surprised without how much I enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic in the early morning and beyond that it really was just flat out gorgeous. We spent the LARGE majority of our time enjoying the sugar white sand and turquoise crystal clear waters of the Gulf. Truly the most beautiful ocean waters and beach in the continental US. The ocean water was just slightly cooler than the HEATED pool. It was breathtaking on a daily basis and the photos really do not do it justice.

Jetty East has always held a special place in my heart and I have many fond memories of playing in the surf, the pool and fishing from the Jetties. We vacation here often as an extended family and now our children beg to go to the beach. We hope you and your family will enjoy creating your own special beach vacation memories.

Our guests come back year after year because of the lasting memories they make as a family. Having their kids grow up with memories of vacatiing each summer and playing at the Jetties is something they all cherish. We are now into 3rd and 4th generation families who gather for vaction/reunions because Jetty East has has become a fixtrure in their lives.
-Proximity to beach and jetties
-Family atmosphere
-Emerald green water and sugar sand beaches
-Quiet Holiday Isle yet close proximity to all the action

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Jetty East has something not many other properties can offer. The pool and hot tub sit beach side - just steps from your unit. No long walks across streets to the beach. Our kids enjoy going back and forth to the pool and it's easy becasue they are literally next to each other.
2) Is is a very short walk down the beach to the jetties where you can sit for hours and watch the fishing and leisure boats navigate the pass, all while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We also love to fish and snorkel off the jetties .
3) The huge 3500 sq foot outdoor pavilion is the only one I know of where families can grill and eat together right on the beach. Plenty of grills (10) and lots of tables and seating.
