View is beautiful. I love the kitchen and the rustic Mexican decor. Elba is the best from arrival to departure she went above and beyond!

This place was so nice and comfortable for us to stay in. I didn’t realize just how few locations have a close and private beach, it was a luxury. The property manager Elba was very nice and accommodating. She helped us with our requests in a very friendly way timely manner.

Great family vacation

Great location for relaxation and family. Area felt very safe and condo was clean and well maintained. Little bit of a drive/taxi/Uber to town or to shopping (15-20 minutes) but being out of town led to more relaxation and a slower pace

Fabulous stay!

This is a wonderful place - we spent two months here and enjoyed every minute. Took bus practically every day into town for dinner, shows,etc. - then out to Mismaloya for the day. Did some hiking. Very nice, friendly building - joined a yoga class twice a week - met some wonderful people - you will not be disappointed.

Just Perfect and as advertised

We loved this place. It is right on the beach, has beautiful decor, very comfortable, spacious and just 25 min from my the center of PVR - everything was as advertised and expected. Elba, the property manager, was super responsive and knowledgeable. This place was exactly what we were looking for and wanted. THANK YOU team!

Paradise

Was a planned vacation for recovery after surgery and happened to be after a hurricane too. Paradise and relaxation all in one. Elba was awesome. Will be back in the future. 😊

Peaceful spot

My husband and I just wanted to get away from the crowds for a few days at a quiet beachfront property. This was the ideal spot for us. We do like the South Zone beaches. The apartment had everything we needed to make good meals and have a relaxing time. The grounds were well kept and the pool super clean. There was few apartments occupied at the time and we enjoyed the quiet. The private beach area was kept very clean and maintained. Communications with the owner and property agent was excellent. We certainly enjoyed our time there.

Gorgeous condo with all the amenities

Our stay was great from before we even arrived to finish. Elba met us at the condo to give us the keys and introduce us to the area. The beach and the pool were lovely. It was relaxing to come back to a spot away from the business of the main PV area. There is a bus stop right across the street and taxis nearby. The security guard helped us flag them down and we had no problem getting rides around. Mismaloya is right down the road so we were able to get dinner easily the first night. Elba helped us out with recommending we get groceries by the airport at a larger market. The kitchen is fully stocked with every piece of cookware you could imagine. The patio was lovely and you can even see a bit of Los Arcos. I will definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and a fantastic view. We spent a lot of time sitting on the outdoor balcony, and my son especially enjoyed the hammock. It was so nice to be right on the beach. We even saw whales and dolphins! All of the staff we met were wonderful and the building and grounds were very well kept. We did find that the private villa next door was quite noisy at times but they were always quiet by 9pm. This condo is in a nice location if you prefer to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We managed well without a rental car and were able to use Uber and taxis with no issue. Almost every ride we took had a hard time finding the entrance to the condos because of some road closures at the time. Note that the gate codes in the PDF confirmation package were incorrect.

Great place to stay away from the big resorts.

This was a great place to stay for my wife and four children. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning in each bedroom and main room was appreciated. We all enjoyed the balcony views in the evening and Playa Esmeralda in the morning before the crowds arrived. The kitchen was stalked with pots and pans for just what we needed to make some meals. The only downside were the minor repairs needed, balcony sliding door handle barely attached, kitchen cabinet front not attached, and a few other repairs. Some extra towels would have been nice. The facilities at large were clean and kept up, the pool was perfect, security gates were kept closed. I only question how frequently the drinking water filtration system is maintained as we became suspicious of it after drinking water from it and opted to buy bottled water instead. In summary, great condominium.

Beautiful sunsets and ocean views!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening and loved hearing the ocean waves crash while we slept. The place is beautifully decorated with bohemian decor. Kitchen stocked. Loved the washer and dryer. The owner was super helpful and communicative. We didn’t appreciate the plugged up kitchen sink we had to work around 2 days into our vacation. We never heard from the property manager after several attempts to communicate the problem. We couldn’t use the Japanese soak tub(only shower) because it leaked constantly in the bathtub and there was little gnats in it all the time. Lastly the check in process was quick but not thorough. We didn’t know how anything worked or turned on. We weren’t told how to access pool, etc. the WiFi was out for a couple days. The owner was responsive and got the problem fixed. Overall, it’s a cute place to enjoy your vacation but don’t expect much from the property management. They weren’t helpful.

While we were not aware of the bathtub leak at the time, we have since become aware of the issue and it has been fixed. We will address the greeting protocol and responsiveness to guest issues with our managers and do everything in our power to avoid such issues in the future.

Home away from home!!

we stayed for 5 weeks and other than a few minor bumps we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. it is a peaceful condo with everything you or a family wold need. The owners, Florencia and Andrew were easy to communicate with and made sure everything was to our liking. many thanks again for a fabulous time, and would highly recommend this condo for any length of time...

Home away from home - comfy and homey

The condo is wonderful. It is roomy, clean, extremely well ventilated with doors and windows opening on both ends providing a great cross breeze. The furniture is very comfy and the place has a homey feel. With the beach and the pool right there, we had no reason to take excursions to other beaches! We are hoping to visit again. Highly recommended!
