The condo was spotless, well stocked, and had incredibly convenient beach access. Management was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We couldn't believe that for the price of 500 a night, there wasn't enough toilet paper and no coffee was provided. There are less expenses beaches to visit that are equally beautiful. We did enjoy the wildlife and had an excellent wildlife guide for a night walk. We appreciated that the property was pet friendly and while we didn't have children I could see that it was a very child friendly location.

Wonderful place! The condo was perfect for us. It was closer to the beach than we were even hoping, which was great. The size was perfect for us and our pooch. We appreciated the excellent WiFi as we both had to work while we were there. We all enjoyed our morning walks on the trails.

Beyond Beautiful

This is our 4th year in a row at Kiawah Island and it did not disappoint! The villa is just a few steps away from the beach and is exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, and quiet. We will be back for year 5!

The sheets were too small for the bed. They put a twin sheet as the top sheet on a king-sized bed. I called 6 (SIX) times to get the proper sheets. They gave us new sheets, but they were for a queen bed. Made our sleeping experience uncomfortable.The oven door was filthy.

Beautiful place and conveniently located. It is on the second floor which required 3 levels of stairs. That made it difficult to come and go with gear to the beach with small children, loading and unloading ect. I would not recommend the 2nd floor units if you are coming and going frequently. Otherwise the villa itself was great!

Charming and nicely decorated. Lovely quiet community with trails to bike and walk. Short walk to neighborhood restaurant (coffee, light meals, ice cream and groceries). Best of all, easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Would definitely book again!

This was the perfect place for my little family and dog! Quick and shady walk to the beach. Conveniently located close to Night Heron Park and bike trails. When not on the beach or bike trails, we were enjoying the screened balcony!
