The property was clean, modern and well-decorated. It was also close and centrally located to so many St. Augustine attractions. We loved the high ceilings and large windows. And the kitchen had everything you needed to cook your own meals. We would definitely consider a return trip.

It was a wonderful surprise to find the home to be exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very clean. It was close to the downtown area where we enjoyed shopping and dining. You must eat the cuban cuisine at Columbia. It was fantastic!

Great Getaway

Our family had a truly wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday at this amazing St. Augustine house! The house was perfect for my mother, husband, sister, and brother-in-law - it was spotless and very comfortable. Plus, being close to the historic district was a bonus for exploring. I would highly recommend it!

Home was beautiful and clean. Only one of the three rooms had a television. That was the only thing we really missed. Thank you for sharing your home.

This fabulously appointed property is fully stocked; and will be my go to place in St. Johns County. The property is situated in a tranquil neighborhood located within mere minutes of everything one needs or wants; and features a private, fenced in backyard. Check in was a breeze; everything was clean and fully functioning; and my guests were as impressed as I was. Our only concern was visibility to the indoors from outdoors, through the unobscured kitchen window, back door window treatment, and master bathroom window. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accomodations and host!

This was my second time staying at this rental property. I was looking for a quiet, comfortable home to work on a novel I’m writing. I previously rented this property in May 2026 as a Mother’s Day surprise with my mom and Grandmother and I immediately thought of it for my writing retreat. The property is clean, quiet, and so light and bright. The host communicates so well and is very friendly.

The property was excellent. It was clean, quiet, beautiful and airy. The house is close to all of the amenities you can think of. Everything you would need is inside. You can bring your own essentials however. I did not see a hair dryer but it may have been somewhere inside. I though about giving it a four because of a few concerns but it definitely deserves a five star rating. However, the few minor concerns is not a deterrent from the beauty and cleanliness of the home. Some kind of way flies and gnats kept appearing. When opening the door for the first time they appeared in the house. We bought some repellent to keep them away. Easy fix for the property owners. Also, love the window treatment but if someone comes into the property they can see inside the house especially at night. Also, love the kitchen window but no option to block someone from seeing inside or to not want to see outside at night. That’s only my preference. Others may love it but coming from living in the country not my choice to see outside at night unless I need to. Not to be nit picking but I would have fathered the soap dispensers to work. Again easy fix. Also if anyone wanted to sit outside after a day of fun, or to maybe do a little cooking it was not setup for that. Unless you bring everything you need to do that.I do not regret staying here. It was a beautiful place to stay to enjoy St. Augustine. I gave a five star on the pricing because of the location. I think it was worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to many attractions (including the historic district) and a lovely home. I booked it for a Mother’s Day getaway with my mom and Grandmother. We all enjoyed the natural light, comfortable bedrooms, and that each room had ceiling fans. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.
