Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway at Litchfield by the Sea with private beach access! This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located just off the ocean and boasts incredible views of the pool, making it an ideal retreat for couples, small families, or a group of friends.

The spacious bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. Ceiling fans throughout the unit help keep things cool and breezy.

The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a convenient and relaxing stay, including a coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TVs located in both the bedroom and living room, and take advantage of the elevator access and washer and dryer facilities available at the Summerhouse building.

Litchfield by the Sea is a full-service, amenity-rich resort with walking and bike trails, a Starbucks on-site, areas for fishing and crabbing, and lighted tennis and pickleball courts. You'll also be close to some of South Carolina's most iconic landmarks, including Atalaya, the stunning Moorish-style former home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, and the adjacent Brookgreen Gardens. Nature lovers can explore the Nature Center, observe loggerhead turtles and other wildlife, or stroll around the freshwater lake, which is known for its alligators and even occasional mink sightings.

After a day at the beach or exploring the area, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading back in to relax. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, or you can catch the seasonal shuttle that runs every 20 minutes for even easier access.

Art enthusiasts won't want to miss the Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival held each September—a juried event that draws thousands of visitors.
