Splendida villa con una camera da letto estiva situata nella comunità balneare privata di Litchfield By the Sea. Questa unità dispone di una cucina completa e soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto. Unità dispone anche di una camera da letto privata con due letti QUEEN dimensioni, TV a schermo piatto e un bagno full size. Appena fuori dal soggiorno è un balcone che si affaccia sul parco acquatico e sulla piscina con molti posti a sedere. C'è un divano letto full size nel soggiorno perfetto per i bambini. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero non viene fornito tramite la società di gestione esterna, ma è possibile richiedere un cambio asciugamani a metà soggiorno.

Ci sono anche punti di riferimento della Carolina del Sud come Atalaya, la pittoresca casa invernale in stile moresco di Archer e Anna Hyatt Huntington, filantropo e scultore, rispettivamente, che hanno lasciato il parco e gli adiacenti Brookgreen Gardens come eredità.

Gli amanti della natura apprezzeranno anche il Centro Natura del parco e un'ampia varietà di programmi, tra cui la possibilità di vedere da vicino tartarughe caretta e altre specie animali e vegetali in via di estinzione. Il lago di acqua dolce del parco è un luogo sicuro per vedere gli alligatori e talvolta anche un visone o due.

Gli amanti dell'arte, nel frattempo, si affollano a migliaia per il prestigioso e giurato Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival che si tiene ogni anno a settembre nella vecchia casa di Archer e Anna Hyatt Huntington.

La spiaggia di Litchfield by the Sea è a soli 10 minuti a piedi o prendi una navetta in estate che passa ogni 20 minuti. Inoltre, la comunità LBTS offre chilometri di passeggiate e piste ciclabili collegate alla zona di Murrells Inlet e Pawley Island. Very good experience! And right there where there’s plenty of food to get. The only thing that would’ve been better was a little ocean view, but for the price you couldn’t beat it.

Family Weekend Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picking up and dropping off keys was a seamless process. Ample parking at the rental, easy to get to. Surprised by the golf cart shuttle to the beach, enjoyed it. Otherwise about a 12-15 minute walk depending pace and your child’s mood. Simple, no frills. Pool was nice to have right outside the condo.

Wonderful Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. This unit was well-kept and everything was just as described. The resort was such as wonderful location for a family vacation with young children!

Wonderful

Perfect getaway for Labor Day weekend. The pool and lazy river were great and there is a poolside bar. Very close to Murrells inlet where we live to eat at.

Everything about our unit was wonderful! It was very well-equipped and spotless! I would have benefited from a map of the property so I could find the nearest beach access without too much exploring. We will be back, thank you!

Great stay

Great stay and perfect location between the pool outside the room great for kids and the beach about 10mins away. The property was well maintained and the condo was very nice and was well stocked. Only thing that can be improved is the pullout mattress-it was thin as a board and no one over a child size could ever sleep comfortably on it. Would definitely return though.

Loved the pool/waterpark!

The condo was nice, and my son loved the pool and lazy river - definitely a highlight for this condo. The only downside is that we were a little ways from the beach/ocean (less than a mile, but we were unable to walk it) but you can drive to the clubhouse or catch the shuttle. The staff on the property were very nice (especially the bartender at the pool), and did a good job of keeping the property well-maintained. Check-in/check-out through the property management company was easy as well.

A December to Remember

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in the perfect location. There was a path nearby which made four wonderful bike riding and walking over to the beach. My only complaint would be the sofa sleeper definitely needs to be replaced! It is uncomfortable to sleep on and the cushions fall into the bed part when you're trying to sit on the sofa.

A++++ Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time at this resort and our first renting through TideLife. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Check-in/key pickup was so easy and all the relevant instructions were provided via email and in our welcome packet. The unit was pristine, and the entire property is gorgeous as usual. Our 5 and 7 year olds spent hours and hours in the pool and the lazy river. Mom appreciates the early opening hours of the Starbucks that is right on the property.

Great Condo and Location!

We decided to stay on Pawley's Island to be out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. I wanted a place that was family friendly (kids are 2 and 5) and this place was PERFECT! The pool attached to the condo was a dream for adults and kids, we loved the lazy river and the kid play area. We visited the beach a few times and the golf cart ride to the beach was easy and so convenient. The condo had all of the right amenities and perfect for what we needed. Overall this place was fantastic, great location and loved the Starbucks that was just a quick 5 min walk to the condo, it was a perfect way to stay our day. We drove to Myrtle Beach a few nights for dinner but also enjoyed the restaurants on Pawley's Island as well. We can't wait to come back!

We have 2 small children and they truly enjoyed themselves during our stay! The staff at Tidelife Vacation Rentals were friendly and very helpful! The rooms were cleaned spotless upon arrival! There are swimming pools, a lazy river, a play area for the smaller children and even a hot tub for the parents to relax! The webster's restaurant was just walking distance from our room & they have fabulous food! Did I mention that they even have a Starbucks!(walking distance as we'll!) we will most defiantly be loyal customers and return to this home!!! We actually already have it book 2 more times before this year is over and also looking into renting a couple other homes for the summer next year!
