La casa recentemente rinnovata e arredata è idealmente situata nella comunità con una vista impareggiabile sul fiume Folly e sul vicino porto turistico. Situato a solo una casa in fondo alla piscina e al molo della comunità di Water’s Edge, e una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia, godrai il meglio di tutti i mondi!

Il primo livello è un garage da cui è possibile accedere alla casa e un patio al piano terra. Il secondo livello della casa ospita una cucina open space, sala da pranzo e soggiorno e un portico schermato. Da qualsiasi parte di questa stanza è possibile guardare i pescatori, le barche, la fauna selvatica o la TV a schermo piatto da 42 ", incluso DVD / Blu-ray. Su questo piano troverete anche un bagno completo e una suite matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto da 36 ".

Salendo le scale, a destra si accede alla tranquilla suite matrimoniale completa di cabina armadio separata, bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio, cabina doccia, doppio lavandino, letto king size e balcone scoperto perfetto per il relax esterno. Questa camera dispone anche di una TV a schermo piatto da 36 ".

Sul lato opposto della casa troverete la terza camera da letto. Questa camera è perfetta per i bambini, ma dormirà comodamente anche gli adulti. L'accogliente letto matrimoniale ha un letto a castello singolo nella parte superiore e comprende anche un letto estraibile doppio estraibile. C'è un ulteriore letto singolo standalone. Questa camera dispone anche di TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato completo.

Wonderful stay

Great location! Can walk to all the restaurants on Folly Beach. Beautiful views of the river from the screened in porch. Easy check in and check out and property was as described. Will definitely recommend to friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your place! It was very peaceful and the views were great. The sunsets were amazing! We had business meetings in Charleston and it was a great place to come back to and relax. We were able to Walk to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect location!

Walking distance to downtown Folly and the beach. Pool was easy to access, as well as the dock going out to the inter coastal where we caught flounder, stingray, spot tail, crabs and shrimp. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, bug free.

Excellent Property

This property was beautiful and perfect. We were in the area for a ball game. We came in late and the townhome was completely ready. We had several players that shared the room with single beds and parents had the other room. The property was.alittle expensive, but we enjoyed the stay.

Great location and Property

Excellent location close to many shops and restaurants. Golf Cart rental is a must if you have several kids. Quick ride to the beach or dining. Could walk it if you want to, but wouldn't recommend with several kids. Solid dock that you could use as a day dock if you wanted to keep your boat. Would return!

Falling in love with Folly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge 123. Folly Beach is so much fun! The location of the condo is perfect! It’s walking distance to the beach and to the main drag of Folly! Great restaurants we loved Loggerheads and Taco Boy! The shops are cool. My kids loved Dulce Banana (ice cream/frozen yogo shop) and it great you can walk there after dinner! Water’s Edge is super easy to find. With everything being walking distance you do not even need to get back in the car but if you wanted to it’s easy to hop in the car, get on Folly Road and drive to Charleston for the day! Overall the condo was very comfortable! The sunsets from the decks were amazing! We had everything we needed for our week stay. Tons of extra towels and plenty of linens and blankets! It could use a little sprucing up and maybe a deep cleaning. It felt clean we just found cobwebs and dust bunnies. It was really nice having a washer and dryer too ( they were a little noisy though). Other families staying at Water Edge’s were super friendly. We would definitely stay there again! You can not beat the location and the views!

This property was pristine and such a perfect location. My son LIVED on the dock fishing! Lots of dolphins too We took several trips off the Folly Boat Landing on Center Street—easy walk! Easy walk to the beach too. Loved staying on the marsh side -the BEST sunsets! We cooked all week—plenty of cookware, dining wear and utensils. All of the bedrooms were quiet, clean and serene.

Very nice and convenient to town and beach

My only complaint would be the furnishings. A little tired. There needs to be more seating in the living area. Perhaps a sectional and a couch. Some of baseboards loose. ( where trash can is). The toilet in master bedroom noisy. Oil for chains on bikes. ( maybe a tool set for bikes). So basically Just little stuff . We had a very nice time and we thank you for letting us check in early. Nice maybe update some kitchen appliances like griddle and propane grill outside. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice views and comfortable, pool was great also. Great location.

Condo is all you can ask for

Beautiful sunsets, a quick bike ride or walk to all the restaurants in Folly, what more can you ask for? Plenty of space for our group of 4 but the condo could hold more. We saw dolphins every morning out from the covered patio. Folly Beach is like heaven on earth. Such a fun beach town with hometown stores and beautiful beach homes without tall condos everywhere. My wife has decided we are retiring to Folly in ten years if we can afford it. Highly recommended.

Great Property

My family and I had a great stay at your propety. The house was well stocked and the location was perfect. It was easy to walk to restaraunts, shops and the beach and it was an easy ride to downtown charleston. Our son will be stationed here for the next two years and I'm sure we will visit and rent with you again. I have also recomended it to friends already.
