Welcome to Beach Daze! This bright, end-unit condo offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility in the heart of Folly Beach. Featuring three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this spacious retreat is ideal for families or groups seeking the authentic, laid-back "Folly" lifestyle. You are perfectly situated just under a mile from the sand and the vibrant main street, providing easy access to local shops and dining, with the quiet calm of the Folly River as your backdrop. Plus, historic downtown Charleston is only a short drive away!
The main living area is spacious and open, featuring comfortable seating and seamless access to your most cherished amenity: the private, screened-in, covered patio. This space provides breathtaking, expansive views of the Folly River, where you can relax and watch the daily parade of sailboats, shrimp boats, and playful dolphins. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, which flows into the dining area with comfortable seating for six.
The condo comfortably sleeps 6 across three well-appointed bedrooms, where 2 out of the 3 have private en-suite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, a private bathroom, a TV, and direct access to the river-view patio. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bath, while the third bedroom contains two Twin beds and a TV, ideal for children or additional guests.
Take a short stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge into Folly Beach. Approximately a 13-minute walk to the nearest public beach access. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!
Downtown Charleston offering world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks, and much more is also only a 25 minute drive. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Amenities include WIFI, TVs, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, access to the community pool and fishing dock, keyless entry, washer, dryer, starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central heat and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour emergency on-call staff. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 people. Guests must be 25 years old or older to rent.
Maximum of 2 parking passes will be provided as needed. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. The community pool is open daily from April 1st – October 31st. Guests may bring or rent their own kayaks, but must keep them stored on or in their vehicle. Bicycles can be stored in the bike racks under the building (at your own risk). Guests are not allowed to store or launch their personal boat and no boats or trailers may be stored in the Turn of River Parking Lot. A full list of TOR rules & policies is provided upon check-in.
