Havenly is a beautifully updated single-family home in Seaspray, Miramar Beach, designed to be your go-to getaway for family and friends year after year. With thoughtful upgrades, stylish comfort, and plenty of space to relax and play, it’s the kind of place you’ll never want to leave.

*Brand new 6-seater golf cart for easy cruising to the beach and nearby spots
*Large private pool perfect for sunny days and laid-back evenings
*Just an 8-minute walk or a quick 1.5-minute golf cart ride to Seaspray’s deeded beach access
*Indoor ping pong table for fun anytime
*Fully updated kitchen and bathrooms
*Comfy, chic furnishings throughout
*Propane BBQ grill with outdoor dining area
*Custom-built bunkroom featuring two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or groups
*Cornhole for family fun and friendly competition
*Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway
*Access to the community pool (seasonal: closed Dec 1 – Mar 1)
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Place was perfect for a girls beach trip. Plenty of beds and seating in main living areas. Clean and tidy on arrival. Beach access super easy to get to, especially with the provided golf cart. Private pool was fantastic. The pool area does not include some of the loungers and decor shown in pictures but still nice area. Overall great and would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family friendly, very close/walking distance to everything - beach, shopping, food, etc. Pool was amazing, the house was very clean and spacious. The host was always quick to respond when we had any questions. My entire family agreed that this was far better than expected and would 100% rent this property again! They host and house helped make our first big family vacation an excellent experience.

The house was super clean and nice it fit perfectly the 9 of us. The pool was a big hit for our kids! Very close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly people around. I absolutely would book again! Communication with the property management team was the only struggle, the response time is very slow if you haft to get ahold of them. Overall had a wonderful time.

Location was great. Communication was great. Arrived with sand on floors and backyard was not as portrayed on listing. Pool worked great, but landscaping and umbrella(not even available) was not as listed. Some pool/beach equipment however dated/broken. There is a ton of potential and the golf cart was awesome!!! Pros Location Golf cartPool Beds Pool access Beach access Close to grocery store and other things needed Conscleanliness Items in pictures were not as shown(umbrella, chairs, grass, landscaping Not as many amenities as picture..

If we had known about the cleaning issues or the broken umbrella during your stay, we would have sent housekeeping and the property manager back out to address them right away. Regarding the landscaping, our professional photos are taken months in advance, and outdoor conditions can naturally change over time. We are currently working with our team on improvements to the outdoor areas. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you saw the potential in the home.

Best of Everything Coastal!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient to both VPS & ECP airports. Situated in a quiet/secure neighborhood, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Property was impeccably clean and noticeably allergen free. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk room....truly family oriented. Living/ dinning/kitchen areas were spacious and perfect for a large family. The swimming pool was crystal clear, and we enjoyed the BBQ grill and dinning/ chaise loungers on the extra large pool deck The ping pong table in the garage was an unexpected treat that we all enjoyed. Our family routinely stays at rental properties and we especially appreciated the ease of booking , the property mangers personalized attention, and the upscale amenities .
