Situato dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia e caratterizzato da Designing for Small Homes, S'more è la guest house del cottage principale, Never Enough. Il cottage è stato recentemente completamente rinnovato. Il primo piano ha una combinazione sala da pranzo / soggiorno con un divano letto doppio e accesso a un piccolo ponte, una cucina di efficienza, lavatrice e asciugatrice e un mezzo bagno. Il secondo piano comprende un letto matrimoniale con un balcone con vista sul golfo e un bagno completo con sola doccia. In questo incantevole cottage, sarete certi le cose migliori della vita vengono in piccoli pacchetti. Per camera aggiuntiva, la principale casa di tre camere da letto, Never Enough, può anche essere affittato.

Very charming and cute "Tiny House". Bedroom floor plan almost entirely consumed by the bed. Sink in bedroom. Commode and shower separate. Minuscule downstairs bathroom. Great location but a bit noisy from 30A. Would recommend you consider an alternative property if your travel party has 2 guests, or if you prefer to be able to actually walk in your rental property. Because you can't move about in this one very easily.

I loved all the hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The house was light and bright. It was perfect for my husband and I for a get away. The proximity to the beach was amazing! the free bikes were a fun way to explore Seaside and the surrounding communities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the 3 of us

The location is perfect to spend time at the beach, explore Seaside and neighboring communities. Our 8yo daughter slept on the pullout chair and we enjoyed the upstairs. The staff was very responsive and helpful and the free bikes made it so that we never had to use our car.

The place is perfect to be so close the ocean without a beach front house. It is also very close to the main events, food and shopping at Seaside. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this tiny house. The house is listed as sleeping for 3, I would only consider 2. As another review stated it is very hard to open the suitcase in the bedroom. The house was very clean and enough supplies for the two of us for the whole week. It is also very quiet around the area easy to sleep. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

The cottage was beautifully maintained. When we first arrived, it took a minute to find since we didn't realize it was behind the main house. There are few codes that you are given with instructions--it just took a quick rereading of those instructions to figure out which code was for the cottage. The house was equipped with everything we needed and is just a quick walk across the street to the beach and downtown seaside. Everything was very clean and enough linens and toiletries were provided for the extent of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well while we were there. The Homeowner's Collection was responsive and had someone drop by to welcome us. This is a great little place a couple to stay!

Best location ever - close to beach, close Seaside center of town, close to restaurants. Cottage was exceptionally clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. Not a huge space but plenty for the two of us - and the extra (albeit tiny) half bath on the first level was great. The entire cottage was bright and sunny, yet felt very private. The property management company was also superb; came to check on us when we arrived and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this cottage. We hated to leave!

Love S’more cottage

This was the second time my sister and I rented the cottage as we absolutely love it! Great location and the space is just enough for us.

Accessibility

You are just a short walk away from the beach and shops of Seaside. We were greeted almost immediately by a representative who explained all the passes and such, which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Charming cottage/excellent location

We loved staying at S’more! It’s a charming little cottage with everything you need. Location can’t be beat—right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the central square. We would love to go back!

Mother/daughter trip

This is the perfect place for two people to stay for a relatively quick trip to Seaside. You cannot beat the location. It's on a quiet street, yet so close to the beach and the center of the town. And the property is so well maintained. Would definitely stay again.
