Benvenuti al patter di piccoli piedi. Progettato da Seaside, FL Town Architect, Ty Nun, questo cottage per gli ospiti di Pitter Patter ha un'abbondanza di luce naturale. Il portico anteriore vi accoglie nella zona giorno che ha una TV a schermo piatto, sistema Sonos, divano letto matrimoniale e zona pranzo integrata. La cucina è dotata di scaffali aperti, finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, forno a microonde, fornello a due fuochi a induzione Wolf, frigorifero / congelatore con macchina del ghiaccio e una combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Salite la scala a chiocciola per la suite della camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio a muro e cassettiera, una grande TV a schermo piatto, zona salotto circondata da finestre con vista che ti danno quella sensazione casa sull'albero. Godetevi il balcone per un bicchiere di vino a tarda notte o un caffè mattutino. Il bagno ha una doccia interamente in vetro con soffione a pioggia, lavandino e molta luce naturale.

Ideal location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in an ideal location for our family of 4. Plenty to do around the neighborhood with pools, playpark, gym, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts etc. It was also a short walk across the street to the beach. The house is cozy for a family of 4 but it worked for our short stay. The only issues we had was with WiFi going in and out and a washer/dryer that could not dry clothes even on a 3hr drying cycle. We suggested to management to have a drying rack instead so I hope that would resolve any future guests issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was very nice and the location was perfect for the beach. Everyone was helpful when we questions/concerns. One thing that might need to be looked at for the future is the washer/dryer machine. When putting it on any cycle it left our clothes wet every time even with an additional drying cycle. Besides that everything was great and I highly recommend staying here!

Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location can’t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

What a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay - the home was comfortable and just what we had hoped for. It's a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect location!
