The Casita at Casa Hope is available for your desert getaway. Casa Hope was the first Palm Springs home owned by legendary entertainer Bob Hope. This home was in the Hope family for 72 years and is located in the movie colony area, which is walking distance to downtown and all the shopping and restaurants that Palm Springs is known for.
The casita with its private entrance is a one room studio and bath. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and exclusive use of the pool and spa. This property offers essential amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable stay. Relax in the peaceful ambiance of this charming space and soak in the beauty of Palm Springs. What I love about my neighborhood is the close proximity to the downtown area. There is a wonderful park across from my home to walk my dog and play tennis. The view of the mountains are fabulous.

Built in 1936, this Spanish Revival is a vintage classic. Legendary comedian, film star and entertainer Bob Hope bought this home in 1942 and it remained this the Hope Famiky for 72yrs. The home was used as a guest house for family and friends. Rumor has it a very young Elizabeth Taylor would stay in the Casita while her family stayed in the main house pre-national velvet days.
