The Space:

This home features 6 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone to enjoy during your stay. With 5 bedrooms and an open floor plan, it provides a comfortable and spacious layout for relaxing and gathering. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, while the living room offers plenty of seating for everyone to unwind and enjoy each other's company!



Floor Plan:

Perfect for families or groups, this roomy home features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens, offering comfort and flexibility for your stay. Enjoy spacious living and dining areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs and ample room for everyone to spread out.



First Floor

🌟 Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with a compact en-suite bathroom, television, mini-fridge and microwave.

🌟 Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with a large en-suite bathroom, television, mini-fridge and microwave.

🌟 Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with a television. Just across the hallway you will find a full bathroom which features a tub/shower combo.

🌟 Living Room – Twin-size sleeper sofa, ideal for additional guests or children

🌟 Kitchen Area – Outfitted with essentials for light cooking and offers another space for entertaining.



2nd Floor

🌟 Bedroom 4 – Queen bed with a compact en-suite bathroom, television, mini-fridge and microwave.

🌟 Bedroom 5 – King bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom which includes a clawfoot bathtub.

🌟 Living Room – Full-size sleeper sofa, ideal for additional guests or children

🌟 Kitchen Area – Outfitted with essentials for light cooking and opens into a larger space with a bar and table, creating a great spot to gather and hang out

🌟An additional full bathroom is located off of the upstairs kitchen area.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens.



This is a licensed short term rental operating under the permit number OP2024-05596 & OP2024-05597 and Business License BL032923-05-2023 & BL032922-05-2023.

Please note that when booking, you will have exclusive access to home. While you’ll enjoy the entire space to yourself, we kindly ask that you remain mindful of other renters' spaces in the building.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.



🏙️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.

❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

Interaction with Guests:

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process.
