The guest did not contact us on anything but the chair which we are replacing since maintenance could not fix. As soon as we were made aware of the items, we called maintenance to check out the items and either repair or replace the disposal and the toilet. I also called the next guest and made them aware of the items and that maintenance would be up to fix. Maintenance stated the disposal and toilet are fine. The chair will need to be replaced and we are doing that. The dryer is fine. The next guest and the following one (us) have had no problems. We did offer to pay for the snagged items but guest said no. Can't replace or repair anything we do not know about. .

I am glad your ball games went well and sorry I could not accommodate your request for an additional night’s stay on Saturday due to another guest arriving. I do agree that having a reserved parking place right below the condo is very convenient. I wish that you had called me right away to give me an opportunity to immediately rectify any issues you noted. After you told me about the smell, I talked to previous and subsequent guests and none of them noticed any smell in the unit. I also contacted maintenance and had them check the a/c unit in the closet. No mold and no leaking problems were noted. The pipes on the air conditioning units will sweat a little when it is humid outside, and the a/c is running a lot in order to keep the unit cool. Since it is by the door there is a little condensation / sweating but nothing that would cause an odor. If there was a smoke smell it was not in the unit as we do not allow any smoking in the unit and no other guests have complained about this. The guests around your visit are allergic to smoke and would have contacted me immediately. Unfortunately, there are folks that smoke in the stairwells, even though there are no smoking signs, and on balconies in other units. We can not control that. Our cleaners monitor if anyone smokes in our unit and, if noted, we immediately do a deep clean. We, the owners, try extremely hard to correct any problem as soon as we are notified. Pinnacle Port is a wonderful area and is so convenient to so many activities and what a beach!
