The basement stairs are very hazardous, a big lip on each step & my 4 year old fell down then & fractured his leg our first night. The setup of the house was nice. Smelled like pet urine in some places & the floors weren’t very clean.

Your review is a joke. The picture of our stairs going downstairs that you sent us has the handrail in the picture. If your 4yr can't hold onto a handrail while walking down normal house stairs, then maybe as a mother, you should help him instead of blaming the stairs. Funny that neither VRBO Support nor the Hosts saw ANY Documentation from a Dr or ER Visit. Shame on you for lying!

We really enjoyed the house. It was warm and welcoming. The location of the home was close to main roads which made getting around easy.

Title: Spacious and well-located, but suffers from maintenance and safety issuesOur stay had a mix of positives and significant downsides.The Good:• Excellent space & location: The house is very roomy, situated in a nice neighborhood, and centrally located.• Cleanliness & amenities: Inside, the home was clean and stocked with essentials.The Bad:• Poor host response: We notified the owner with photo proof within the first hour of our arrival, but they showed no concern for the safety issues we raised.• Safety concerns: There were no working smoke detectors in the house, which is a major safety hazard. Additionally, the front door lock and garage door opener did not work properly, compromising security and convenience.• Property condition: The house has a persistent old, musty, mold-like smell. Several light fixtures throughout the home were also non-functional.• Yard maintenance & lighting: The front and back yards were unkept, dirty, and completely lacked working lights in the backyard. The exterior does not match the well-maintained photos advertised in the listing.Final Verdict:Because of the lacking safety features, host unresponsiveness, and general lack of property upkeep, this rental felt significantly overpriced for the experience provided

Shame on you and your fake review. Karen, there wasn't Any Safety Issues! VRBO Safety has closed out your case as they could clearly see all the smoke detectors and everything in the pictures. You need to stay in a Hotel until you can learn to appreciate a VRBO Home.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house accommodated our family. The only complaint was that the floors and baseboards were very dirty and there was no broom or mop to allow us to clean.
