This house is perfection for a beach vacation! It was our second time here but first time with these hosts. All of the upgrades they made were exactly what this home needed. Great communication throughout the stay. We will be back!!

Perfect spot right on the beach. Very clean beach house with everything you need. Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and spectacular views from every room. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and beds were comfortable. Floors bit uneven and broken in places. Need to be careful in bare feet. Front door maybe 30 feet from road where speed limit is 55 mph. Remarkedly did NOT have road noise in bedrooms on back part of house. House is somewhat run down but very clean. Right on beach. Views were great. I gave average rating for price. I thought it was on the high end. Probably going price.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The house was SO clean, the beach was incredibly private, the kitchen, bathrooms, and “beach closet” were all well stocked. The view from every single room was unbelievable and the proximity to St. Augustine was just right. So happy with our stay. 10 out of 10!

Glorious stay all beds comfy and large choice of pillows. I love to cook and the kitchen was better equipped than my home the highlight is the view of the beach and ocean and it's literally right outside your door. Conveniently located easy to find. It is 10 out of 10 for us.

Host was great...house was tidy. lamp on forevening arrival was a perfect touch. we were not there much, but it was a good price point to be on the beach. You can't book the weather and it was a just not a sit on the beach kind of few days unfortunately.

Home was nice! View of the ocean unbeatable! Hosts were available and answered all my questions quickly when I couldn't seem to get into the house the first night. It was really dark. Hosts provided plenty of paper towels, tissue, garbage bags, tea, coffee and paper plates. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. My favorite part about the house was the beds and the deck overlooking the ocean. I spent hours there watching my kids play. We enjoyed it down to the last minute.

Property is so close to the water and it is a not populated location so we don’t have to fight for beach space. House has all the amenities you will need.

Incredible views and all the beach necessities you’d ever need! Had such a wonderful time…. And having a shop vac for all the sand people tread in was so smart! Really enjoyed and wish we were here longer!
