Awsome experience any issues were resolved quickly and in a way that was not stressful other than my concerns I was left complete alone just allowed to enjoy my time there even though the owner was right next door the owner let us just live our lives without being in our business but that could have also just been great management by the company in charge either way couldn't have been better great neighborhood place was extremely clean tidy and on point wanted to stay longer but it had been booked already. I will look for this place in the future and the company that manages it evolve can't wait for my next stay with them

Excellent stay with fantastic service

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Joshua House. My wife started a new job in Phoenix, and while she had another place lined up, we found out it was full of mold, so we had to move out quickly. Fortunately, thanks to Stefanie's incredible assistance, we were able not only to find this place on a Sunday but also to move in the same day. Home is extremely comfortable, feels bright and airy, everything was clean and functional, and the few small maintenance requests we had (like changing the battery on the door lock) were attended to promptly and courteously. Plus, you can walk to Starbucks and a really nice park.

Excellent

We enjoyed our stay at the Joshua Chandler home. The location was great and situated near a major grocery store and close to several restaurants and a large park. We really enjoyed walking our dog through the neighborhood and to the park. The neighbors were all friendly and always said hello on our walks. The house itself was fantastic and well set up as well as stocked for our long term stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen filled with plenty of dishes, glasses (all types), and cooking utensils needed including pots, pans, coffee maker (plus french press) and more. The backyard furniture was also comfortable and the yard well shaded so that even when it was 100+ we could relax outside comfortably. Our dog was also excited at the two rock areas on the side of the house and made great use of them. Everything was clean and well explained for our arrival and stay. We might have had a question or two as we settled in, and those were handled promptly and professionally.
