Our family had a great week at Sight to Sea! It was perfectly located and was furnished and equipped with everything we needed. I hope we can have a “repeat performance” at Sight to Sea!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation with our kids and grandkids. Being oceanfront was so convenient and the pool was a huge plus.

This house was absolutely perfect for our mini-vacation with family! Lots of room for 10 adults and 2 toddlers. The easy access to the beach is probably the best part - it’s easily the best oceanfront property we have stayed in at Oak Island! Would book here again in a heartbeat!!!!!

The house was a perfect location for a blended and extended family vacation. The view was exquisite and could be enjoyed from inside, the porches, or the hot tub! The rooms were comfortable and private.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay here while celebrating my 50th birthday getaway with friends. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts of each day was enjoying coffee on the deck while watching for dolphins and taking long walks on the beautiful beach. The location was perfect—within walking distance of a grocery store and a few local bars and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, celebrate, and make memories. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay. Fantastic view. Plenty of space for the entire family. Elevator was a plus for our two handicap family members. Kitchen coffee pot was difficult to remove from its holder for some reason. A few more kitchen pantry staples would be a plus, like Pam, spices, etc. Overall the stay was perfect.

Week to remember always!

Our stay at A Sight to Sea was wonderful. The location is superb! The beds and pillows were great. The home is magnificently appointed with every amenity one would desire. We hope to return some day!

Amazing!

We loved everything about the house. There were plenty of spaces to have a private moment, we spent hours in the hot tub/pool and loved the amazing views from the shaded upstairs deck. We visited Publix frequently due to its very close proximity and found an amazing fish market. Any question we had about the home was responded to quickly and professionally. After staying on Oak for several years this has been our favorite rental. Thank you all!

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This beach house was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care and thought went into making it comfortable for guests. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved sitting on the balcony each morning listening to the ocean. The grandkids had the best time in the swim spa while we relaxed and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. Even with just a couple of days, we felt completely recharged. It was the perfect weekend getaway — peaceful, comfortable, and full of special memories. You can tell the owners have thought of every little detail to make guests feel at home. We’re already talking about coming back for a longer stay next time. It was the perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and peace — exactly what we needed!

Most memorable beach vacation!

This was our very first visit at Oak Island and it was by far an amazing experience! We’ve stayed at many beach rentals over the years, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach house! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just steps from the sand! It was close enough to restaurants and shops! but still peaceful and secluded enough to feel privacy! We had two families, which included a baby and four boys! It was plenty enough room for all of us!! The view was our absolute favorite part! Gorgeous watching the dolphins and hearing the ocean. When we walked in the first thing we noticed was how clean it was and how wonderful it smelled! It had all of the amenities that we needed in the kitchen and really, everywhere in the home! The elevator was amazingly helpful with unloading luggage and groceries! It was so wonderful for the beds to already be made in all of the linens being provided. Anything we thought we would need, was already there! We will definitely be renting this house again and looking forward to making more wonderful memories there! It was truly an unforgettable vacation.
