We had a wonderful time at the Brunette Treehouse. It was everything we wanted; a slightly secluded spot with a camp fire and hot tub!!! Two adults getting to be kids for a weekend!!

Very clean cozy cabin. Working grill and a relaxing hot tub. The pillows for the bed were a little stiff, but that's just me being picky! Amazing place.

This was a cute place to stay for a night or two. The size is what I expected, but the couch is really uncomfortable. The bed is cozy, but if you’re sleeping by the wall there is a receiver with blue lights that shines in your eyes all night long. The bathroom is not private as the wall doesn’t meet the ceiling by more than a foot in some places, but the shower is nice and big and has great water pressure. The hot tub was really nice, and the back porch was a nice place to lounge in the early mornings. If you plan to cook, you can get by, but plan to bring what you need and pack sugar for your morning coffee. They give great recommendations of places to see and shop and eat. We enjoyed time in nature and a couple of great meals. It’s a good spot for a short getaway.

This spot was perfect for a cozy weekend while being toddler friendly! Everything was clean and ready to go. I appreciate the slide, privacy in the backyard, and the short trail that was cleared out. It was less than 30 minutes from Giant City and less than 10 minutes to a yummy breakfast spot and coffee shop. Perfect for a weekend away while being close enough to anything you need!

Nice clean, private unit. Hot tub was clean and private. We enjoyed the stay. Kids would have enjoyed the slide and swings, but it was too cramped for me. Queen bed was comfortable. Swivel TV allowed watching from the couch or the bed. We cooked a nice steak dinner and enjoyed the evening even though it was cold outside. I did tiptoe down the stairs and enjoyed the hot tub before going to bed.

This treehouse was small but had everything you need! Located in a quiet peaceful secluded area; yet only 10 minutes away from restaurants/downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and trail located on the property. Explored Shawnee national forest & garden of gods only 30-60 minutes from this location. Owners responded right away to questions and were great to work with. Definitely recommend their two treehouse properties (blonde & brunette)

Wonderful stay. Perfect size accommodation for two people, Extra activities like hot tub, swings and soccer pool game. Great access to the hiking and town square without the bustle of the city lights and sounds.
