Great house. Much larger than expected, rooms were spacious and furnishings accommodated our group of 7 easily. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. Great location, just down the road from The Sanctuary/Night Heron Park, 5 mins to closest beach and 15 mins to Beachwalker Park. Would definitely stay again!

Pool table was great for chilly evenings. The house had a ton of space for our family (6 adults) with room for more if we needed it. Unlike most Kiawah properties, TV technology up to date in main and master BR. Well stocked kitchen. I would recommend adding a more up to date TV and sound system in the game room and some up to date games.

Very happy with the layout-a peaceful homeWe would definitely would love to return- I do feel the owners would want to know about some of the conditions of the property -All conditions were documented on arrival As well as two phone calls to Kiawah exclusives an email and voice mail We arrived at night and immediately noticed *One of the driveway lights was knocked over- Also important to note there are no lights outside the home to light up the walk up to the rear access and key pad - The lack of light out back was an issue duration of stay *Concern noted in master bathroom suite /over toilet cabinet - the cabinet door was open and what looks like a soap dish is broken - this was documented on arrival)*Sink near shower in master does not drain well - Noticed a few cobwebs in the master bedroom(it was almost as if someone had not been there in a while) * master bathroom toilet closet door cracked at top *Stain in back downstairs bedroom closet( noted on arrival ) *Stain on carpet in upstairs game room( noted upon arrival ) pool table broken on the side ( noted on arrival ) pool table light panel missing ( noted upon arrival's) *Kitchen center island panel kept falling off as well ( duration of stay ) Theses again are conditions I believe the owner should be aware of the few things as well as Kiawah Island Exclusives Thankyou Tamela Hastie
