Aloha and welcome to your Maui escape! This updated condo is perfectly situated in South Kihei, just across from Kama'ole II and III Beaches and a short stroll to local shops and restaurants. Located in the tropical Maui Banyan resort, you'll enjoy access to two swimming pools, hot tubs, a tennis court, and BBQ areas. With snorkeling, diving, and the Kihei Boat Ramp nearby—and world-class golf, beaches, and dining in Wailea just minutes away—everything is in place for a laid-back, unforgettable stay.
This unit is located in the Maui Banyan Condos, featuring 1 master bedroom, a queen sleeper and 2 bathrooms with shower, about 650 sqft. Perfect for couples or small families craving “beach town” charm fringed by lush tropical nature, Maui Banyan is named for the stately “canopy” tree that provides cooling shade from Hawaii’s sunny skies.

**Additional Info about the Home**
• Window A/C units in both rooms provide effective cooling; they may produce some noise while running but will turn off once the set temperature is reached. We provide earplugs for your comfort, but if you are particularly sensitive to noise, please book with caution.
• Hawaii’s Natural Environment: Hawaii’s beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness.To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 2 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
