Si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a una delle spiagge per famiglie più belle della zona, Kamaole Beach Park II, con guardie di vita in servizio ogni giorno.

Nelle vicinanze il famoso centro commerciale Kamaole è raggiungibile a piedi e offre molti dei migliori negozi e ristoranti locali. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze troverete le località turistiche di Wailea e Makena, nonché diversi dei migliori campi da golf di livello mondiale dell'isola. Siamo a 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di Kahului. L'unità (n. 511 nell'edificio D) è gestita professionalmente tutto l'anno da AA Oceanfront. Nice/centrally located

Very nice quiet property. Nice ocean view close to kameloe beach II and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and walks on the beach in the mornings. Very good yoga class at Mana Kai resort within walking distance.

The view from the balcony to the ocean was gorgeous. We loved it so much, we slept on the pull out couch for the last 3 nights we were there so we could wake up and look out at the scenery. The pull out was very comfortable as well as it was directly in front of the ac unit, which was an absolute blessing. It was the perfect place and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful View, Furniture needs upgrade

This was a great clean condo with a wonderful view. The living room furniture is a bit worn out/uncomfortable, the bathroom is fairly small and the mattress is very firm but you are looking for great location in Kihei I would recommend this location.

This condo is in a great location. The owner was quick to respond to my inquires. The kitchen is well equipped and appears to be remodeled. The bed is comfortable and there is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, although not needed with the cool breeze. The couch and chair in living room, are in need of replacement. I would stay here again.

Good location!

This place had everything we needed for beach trips including coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards. Its location and view were perfect. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived, they replaced it within 24hrs. The bed and couch were not super comfortable, but the location made up for it. Floors were sandy and lots of decorations made the place seem smaller than it was. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Pool and beach access were great. For 2 people it worked and was a great way to stay by the beach and not spend too much.

Awesome Location and condo

It was an exceptional stay in this beautiful flat. The owner was always immediately available and took care of everything. In addition, the owner gave us wonderful tips, some of which are not in the travel guide and were therefore priceless. Many thanks for that. The flat was phenomenally furnished and decorated even two beach chairs that we could take with us and a cool bag absolutely top class. Ari, thank you so much for everything. Clean, Quiet Oceanview Property

We had an amazing stay at D511. The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating, as well as easy to communicate with. The unit was quiet, very clean and renovated. There was a fully stocked kitchen, as well as insuite washer/dryer that was convenient to use. The views from the unit were amazing, and it was so fun to enjoy a few meals on our lanai. The air conditioning worked well. The property is a 2 minute walk from one of the nicest beaches in Maui, and a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the entertainment. It was a great central location. Our unit made for a wonderful stay on the property and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

50% of this condo I would rate top marks. Bed, kitchen, view. 50% of the rest, was very dissappointing. The living room furniture was so worn, you had to put pillows on top to sit on anything. The hide a bed had you sitting on springs. The lanai table was a woven plastic, which was warped so you couldn’t safely put a glass on it. The management team was attentive and quick to respond. Please, replace the furniture, and make this a 5* property!

Great location, perfect Maui stay

We put the patio to good use, a wonderful view of the ocean and mountains, as well as we can see Molokini from the patio. The condo complex is quiet and very well-maintained, they even provide you with a map of and information about all of the plants on the property. Tennis and Pickleball are both available. We did not use the pools because the ocean is so close and welcoming. We saw many others in the pool and barbecue areas. The condo itself is well laid out, nicely furnished, the bed is very comfortable, and the breeze moves from the front to the back making it so you don’t need to run the air conditioner (we only ran the ac in the bedroom at night). Nice, big smart TV in living room. We did not use the pull out couch in the living room for sleeping, but sitting on it it’s a bit lumpy, could probably use to be replaced. Ice maker on fridge is awesome and the owner provides a couple freezer packs for taking the provided cooler to the beach as well. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear (we had our own) is all available and in great shape (thanks!). All in all, being across the street from the beach, just up the driveway, and having the amenities as well as dining, so close, makes this a perfect location to come back to. Oh, snorkeling off Kam II beach is awesome, saw a turtle, an eel, and tons of fish!

Fantastic! Having stayed in South Kihei half a dozen times, this was our favorite condo by far. Stunning view, quick easy walk to nearby beaches and restaurants made this a wonderful location. Condo had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Afternoon trade winds were breezy and kept the condo cool. Though we never used the AC in the living room, we enjoyed being able to sleep a little cooler with the AC in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again in the future.

Very Pleased

This was an awesome stay. My brother and I needed somewhere, last minute, for a wedding. This was a wonderful quiet property. Awesome balcony view of the ocean, walking distance to the water and other stores/eateries. The place was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

We LOVE Kihei Akahi and have stay in bldg D at least 6 times.

We continue, at each visit, to be be thoroughly impressed and pleased with the way the property is clean and in good working order. The landscape crew are continually grooming the plants and cleaning up the daily debris. During this visit, the outside hallways were pressure washed. Even though I really don't like the smell of the cleaning/disinfectant used in the elevators every day; I appreciate the necessity.

Very nice stay

We had à wonderful time in this apartment, quiet location, beautiful view of the sunset every night over the sea, with easy access to the pool. Well furnished, has everything you need for a lovely stay and more. The contact with the owner was very good. I would highly recommend.

Perfect location for all of our needs. Close to shopping, food, excursions and a beautiful BEACH!! Accommodation' s were beautiful, clean and complete with wonderful view. Ari is a wonderful host, complete with local tips about things to do and see. Loved it. Would definitely rebook!

Lovely apartment

We were very pleased with the condo- the premises were lovely as was the view, and the kitchen was well stocked. There were beach chairs and a sun umbrella as well as snorkel gear. The pools were much smaller than we expected, but with the beach across the street, it was not a big deal. Still, I might look next time for a condo with a bigger pool. The house was clean, though there was some dust under the bed, etc. I would suggest the housekeepers do a thorough scrub of the shower frame at the bottom- there is some gunk that I was able to take off with a washcloth, as well as the plastic soap holders. The microfiber sheets were too worn and pilled with little beads of material, which was not comfortable. I suggest pure cotton sheets in the future. There were lots of towels, including beach towels, which was great Aside from the pool, we would definitely be back. Check in and out was a breeze.

Vacation in Kihei

We loved the property in Kihei. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Escape with the hubby

We had a relaxing stay for a week in this condo. The view from the lanai is great and we watched the sunset from there a few evenings. The condo is very well stocked. We had everything we needed. The A/C works well; bed is on the firm side. Management and owner was very responsive to some special requests we had and also helped us quickly when we needed help.

My name is Gil. I am a 75 years old retired physician who specialized in otolaryngology in the Seattle area. I am married with 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren. I initially bought this condo in 2003 as a place for my children and grandchildren to stay in Maui with their families when they would come to visit with me. They have always loved staying here and I fixed it up so that they would have a lovely, comfortable place to stay, with all of the amenities of home. They especially love the unit's South Kihei location, and its closeness to restaurants, shopping, great beaches, and snorkeling.

It is close to the airport, in the city of Kihei, and near Wailea & Makena with all of the comforts and amenities of these two resort communities. It has a great beach just in front [see picture], with life guards on duty daily, and a beautiful reef for top-notch snorkeling and the viewing of tropical fish & turtles (and even the occasional octopus!). During whale-watching season (from late December to early May), you can watch humpback whales and dolphins breaching and playing right off the surf.

The area itself is also well-known for it's fantastic climate -- with plenty of sunshine and fresh balmy breezes off the Pacific -- as well as for the beautiful views of Heleakala (the volcanic center of the island) just behind us.

I don't need a car most of the time and can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The weather is great in South Maui which is located in a sun belt with less rain than on the rest of the island. I love the snorkeling just across the street. The unit has everything I need for myself and for my family. The lush grounds have 2 large swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and barbeque facilities which our family loves to use.
