Nicely updated home with wonderful common spaces overlooking a peaceful neighborhood lake. Home was clean, plenty of linens, plenty of beds to accommodate our 3 families staying together for a wedding in Marietta. Only downside we noticed was that the road in front of the house is a fairly busy road, but wasn’t a big issue because we’re morning people. Overall, nice choice and we would stay again!

We spent a week here with 20 family members for a wedding! The house was perfect for us! Plenty of room, great kitchen, and lot of space! Never felt like we were crowded at all. Great outdoor space as well. Perfect space for a group spending time in Atlanta area!!

Great location. Convenient to everything we needed and to the places we visited. Lots of space to spread out in the house so everyone had plenty of room.

Great place with plenty of space. Bedrooms were good size and enough bathrooms for our group of 5. Host communicated throughout our stay. Very happy with our decision to stay there. Would come back if in the area.

Home was nice and cozy. Its not ADA friendly, if you have a wheelchair. All rooms are located upstairs. Any issues I had I called the owner and they were very responsive. View was beautiful. I would stay here again.

Plenty of space to spread out across many rooms. Lots of place to sit and have good conversations. Primary bedroom has no door/separation between bedroom and bathroom, just something to keep in mind if you're staying as a group of friends vs. couples/family.

Went to atlanta for a family reunion. It was 14 of us that stayed in the property. Nice property. Love sitting by the lake and the fireplace area. Love the glass barn doors in the sitting room. Nicely decorated and very nice layout, lots of room, property clean and host quick to respond. I think there need to be some fine tuning on the details from the rehab like the flooring in the kitchen not completely locked as a piece kept sliding apart in front of the kitchen sink, the ceiling in the living room was leaking when it rained. Not too bad of a leak but need to be addressed. Otherwise very nice property. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host and how well-stocked the property was for guests.The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home.A few small suggestions that could make the experience even better for future guests:Adding a few more kitchen essentials/utensils would be helpful for longer stays.The Wi-Fi could be a little stronger in certain areas of the property.Door for master bathroom and privacy curtains in shower of master bathroomProviding clearer instructions for operating keypad in the home would make things even easier.Overall, this was a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect property for our father-son baseball trip. We had 18 guys total and there was more than enough room for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was packed with all the utensils and prep items could have wanted. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
