With the golf cart, the location was very good. Easy to get to the grocery store and the beach and restaurants. There was nothing missing for our dog, bowls, beds, fenced in backyard. She did very well and I don’t think she wanted to leave either. The rooms and bathrooms were very large and beautifully, comfortably appointed with everything we needed ( except extra tp, and extra bath cloths).We would gladly return to the Salty Ace!

We also really appreciate you mentioning the couple of small items — feedback like this helps us make sure everything is just right for future guests. Each bathroom should be stocked with two rolls of toilet paper, and each bedroom should have enough linens for the number of guests that room accommodates. If you don’t mind letting us know, were you expecting additional supplies, or does it seem like something may have been missed during the cleaning and turnover? This home was very nice and very clean. We had no issues with checking in. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

This was by far one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed in at Oak Island. It was very clean and met, actually, exceeded our expectations. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and very responsive during our check-in process. We had no issues during our stay. The golf cart was very nice to use to carry our things to the beach and back. They really thought of everything in this rental property! It was very nice not to have to bring our own canopies, chairs and umbrellas for the beach! Next year when our family has a new baby, it will be great to not have to bring all the baby items from home too! The location is very nice and in close proximity to the grocery stores, ice cream, putt-putt, the splash pad and playground, etc.. It’s also in a nice area to take bike rides with the kids. We will be back for sure! Thanks so much Christina and Dennis!!

This beach house was fantastic for my family! It had the perfect floor plan to accomodate our party of 7. The ease of going in and out of the home with no flights of stairs was wonderful for my elderly mother and all of our suitcases, and the fenced in back yard was great for our dog! Communication with the hosts was fantastic - they are super friendly and helpful and respond right away. The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy and was great! The house was super clean and decorated very nice. We also enjoyed the screened in back porch. A real winner all around and definately worth returning to!
