Welcome to Baja Vista! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in a beachfront gated complex, less than 1 mile from the heart of Puerto Nuevo, famous for its delicious lobster and vibrant local culture.

Features a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and authentic rustic Mexican-style décor that gives it a cozy, welcoming feel. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, the sound of the ocean nearby, and the peaceful atmosphere of coastal Baja.



The Space:

The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, and the bathroom comes stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful community pool, and don’t miss the opportunity to take in some of the best sunset views right from the property. The unit is on the second floor; there is no elevator, only stairs.

there are multiple things that went wrong with this. we tried contacting the host and they were not communicative at all. the biggest issue which was the most difficult to overlook was the smell. it smelled like sewer and septic. at some point we finally got somebody in a housekeeper who verified that it smelled. but they never did anything to help us out. then later when I called VRBO to share my experience the host lied about what had happened. additionally the pictures for our specific room were inaccurate it showed a beach view when in fact the room window view was of a wall... that's right of a wall. also know that if you're in a one bedroom you will not be able to see the ocean at all. it is only the two bedrooms despite what the description says. finally the beach is not a beach you can actually walk in. if you want to go to the beach you will be walked down to a locked gate let in and then you have to walk through about three trash littered lots to get down to the beach. the beach is Rocky and again unable to walk on ... I'm very disappointed in this property. although the staff that was on site tried their best, the host wasnt communicative despite trying to reach out 2 them multiple times and is refused 2 provide any compensation for our horrible stay and at no point has apologize for any of their responsibility... finally know that the furniture at least in our room is old and tattered despite what the picture shows.
