☆ Wooden Spiral Staircase: Please exercise caution on the spiral staircase, especially when traveling with small children and pets.
☆ Yard is Not Fenced: While our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the yard is unfenced, so it’s not suitable for leaving children or pets unattended outside.
☆ Parking: There is no garage parking available; please park on the driveway, as street parking is not permitted by the city..
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. *Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!
☆ TRAVELING IN WINTER: CalTrans can mandate all vehicles to carry snow chains between November 1st and April 30th. Chains are sold at most auto supply shops, hardware stores, and some convenience stores. We will not be held responsible and do not issue refunds if the city doesn't allow you up the mountain because your vehicle does not have snow chains.
☆ TRAVELING IN SUMMER: • Green Valley Lake offers public access on WEEKENDS ONLY. Day passes are available for $3 per child and $10 per adult.
