Questa unità vista frontale 9 ° piano del Golfo ha tutto il necessario per una fuga sulla spiaggia piacevole. L'unità è stata aggiornata agosto 2014 con mobili nuovi (soggiorno, camera da letto e terrazza), elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, ripiani in granito, e mobili da cucina. L'unità dispone di una camera e un bagno che può ospitare comodamente quattro. La cucina ha un nuovo grande frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, fornelli / forno e piccoli elettrodomestici (vedi foto). La sala da pranzo può ospitare quattro al tavolo e due al bar cucina. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto, stereo, lettore DVD, un divano letto matrimoniale e due grandi sedie. Il bagno è dotato di nuovi piani di lavoro e una doccia combinata e vasca.
La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio, due comodini, 32 "TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD. I ventilatori del soffitto sono sia nel soggiorno e camera da letto. Il balcone, con vista mozzafiato del golfo, quattro posti a tavola e posti a sedere supplementari su una poltrona. Pavimenti in cotto in tutta l'unità con tappeto in bedroo m. La nit u ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Perfect Getaway

Great Condo!

The property was clean and had been recently updated. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed for the week. We would definitely book this property for another vacation.

Vest Relaxing

The condo is just what we needed. Love relaxing on the balcony and hearing the waves. The property was very welcoming and everyone was so friendly. Will definitely consider renting here again.

Kitchen was a little beat up and I think someone had stayed in there with a cat prior to me but overall fine for the price.

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful time here. The condo was nice and clean and the veiw was stunning. Only problem was the wifi didn't work. Didn't mind to much though because we didn't really need it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location

Property itself was ok. Not as clean as I would prefer but then again there's no place like home. Kitchen is stocked with bare necessities...not even salt or pepper.

Wedding weekend

We had a short two night stay for a wedding. Perfect for two people. The tub needs work as it doesn’t drain. But overall it was better than a hotel. We enjoyed the pool and beach the short time we had. I would not recommend this for two couples. But either just one couple or a small family as their is a king bed and a pull out only. But, it was perfect for us as just one couple.

Fun Little Beach Trip

The Phoenix was just as advertise, easy check in, clean comfortable room. Pool was nice and the girl in charge of the chairs on the beach went over and above, always checking on us. My only issue would be the light right outside the bedroom window, need some blackout shades. We had a good time.

Overall Good Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing space.... does need some updating done. We met some very nice people with our stay. However there were a few maintenance items with our condo that did go unresolved but luckily did not interrupt our stay. We just wanted to ensure they were reported so we were not at blame or at fault for the issues. Did very much enjoy the keyless entry and views from the balcony.

We loved our stay at Orange Beach. The location is great and located close enough to Gulf Shores.

The unit was great it appeared to have been recently updated, was clean, and had just about everything you could need inside the unit. We will consider using this unit again. If your looking for a one bedroom consider this unit you will not be disappointed.

Nice unit

My husband and I were traveling from Orlando back to Arkansas and decided to stop at Orange Beach for a few days. After trying to contact several owners, I contacted Brett Robinson through VRBO on this unit. Booked and checked in on the same day with ease! The condo has been upgraded, has everything you need and bed is very comfortable. Perfect for a couple needing a get away. (Only thing that needs updated is the shower head & light switch in bath since it makes the light flicker) these are not issues that would not make me rent it again.

Incredibly Relaxing

I arrived on a Thursday evening and from the get-go everything was fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all the questions I had about local food/drink/activities, and if they didn't have the answer they put me in contact with someone that did. I stayed in unit 3095 which was decorated so well. I appreciate beach themed condos but some places overdo it. This one was perfectly done. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook, but I do suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies such as Dawn...they provide only a single use pack of dishwashing powder for the dishwasher. While I stayed by myself, Phoenix III was very much a family-oriented place. I spent most of my time on the balcony enjoying a cold beverage, book, and the view. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Only complaint was that there is no light on the balcony to turn on at night time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix and intend to stay there again in the future.
