- your PRIVATE bathroom is located downstairs on the MAIN floor
- kitchen is not included
-Separate key pad lock entrance
-One free parking space
-Beautiful wrap around patio deck which your welcome to use at your leisure
-Our location is a 5 minute walk to downtown.
-small refrigerator in the room
-Breakfast is NOT included
Our rooms are not suitable for infants, or children under 12 years.

Our beautiful wrap around patio deck and living room.
We have a self check in system to get inside. You will receive the instructions on how to use it closer to your arrival day. It is important to turn on all airbnb notifications on your mobile app and keep in contact.
Beautiful landscaped and upscale neighborhood. Romantic horse drawn carriages pass by the house and historic landmarks are close and throughout the nearby downtown. We are located less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. A public outdoor swimming pool is located a block away.
Park your car here and walk, lots is close and convenient!
Public outdoor swimming pool is located a block away! We also have 4 old style bicycles for rent.

- Check-in time is any time after 4PM
- Check out anytime before 11AM
- Mature adults only. Rooms are NOT suitable for infants and children under 12
- Coffee/tea machine available in entrance area
- Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are not notified, the guest will be liable.
- If the room key is lost, there will be a $20 fee
- No candles (Due to spills and fire hazards)
- Please no shoes in the apartment
- We are not responsible for death, injuries or illness, or loss of or damage to personal property that may occur during the stay at our home.
- Respect our house like you would your own, please. The rules are set due to past experiences and to make our guests comfortable. If there is anything you're unsure about just chat with us so that you can enjoy your vacation here!!
