-Our location is a 5 minute walk to downtown NOTL
-the kitchen is not to be used, small refrigerator in the room
-Breakfast is not included, there is a coffee maker near the entrance
-old style cruiser bicycles for rent
Our rooms are not suitable for infants, or children under 12 years.

It's a self check in. We send you the instructions on how to get inside the day before arrival. If you wish to meet us we would love to meet you and we are there from 11AM-3PM. It is important to turn all air bnb notifications on your mobile app and keep in contact.

Park here for free and walk downtown. It's close to shops, restaurants and more!

- Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are not notified, the guest will be liable.
- If the room key is lost, there will be a $20 fee
- No candles (due to spills and fire hazards)
- Please no shoes in the apartment
- We are not responsible for death, injuries or illness, or loss of or damage to personal property that may occur during their stay at our home.
- Respect our house like you would your own please. The rules are set due to past experience and the wish to make all guests comfortable. If there is anything you're unsure about just chat with us so that you can enjoy your stay.
