This is a beautiful, well-appointed house, with ample space and supplies for our extended family. Once you figure out the tiny quirks of the different key pads, it's a piece of cake. We had a great week!

This home is beautiful. The layout was perfect for our large family. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We rented both units and the balconies were perfect for relaxing and watching the ocean. The sandy area was ideal for outdoor play for the young kids and relaxation for the older ones. We had a wonderful week and would love to stay here again. Thank you.

Very nice stay, that’s roomy with complete privacy. House has beautiful features and the private beachfront is truly “yours”. Would recommend and will look for openings when back in town.

Over all house was amazing for our large group, plenty of space and everyone had their own bathroom! Host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Views of the beach were great, we were unable to access the beach during our stay due to the high-tides so we had to walk just under a wile to access swimmable beach with kids. The back yard was great for entertaining kids and even had some sand toys! Fire pit is a bit used an abuses and was breaking and very rust (but still useable) there was no hose so cleaning sand off before entering the house was difficult.. kitchen was a great size and plenty of differ space could be stocked a little better, oven worked but did seem to struggle to hold temp. Overall we would stay here again if we returned to the area. 10/10 recommend for large groups that want plenty of space.

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful accommodations, sand toys and boogie boards for the kiddos, plenty of seating in and out. Had everything we needed from kitchen, bathroom and cleaning. No complaints.

This place was amazing. Totally upgraded and perfect for the kids to play in the sand right out back but not need to lug all the toys to the beach. Lots of space and everything was amazing. We did have a few ants in some of the cabinets but it’s to be expected at the beach with food around. Overall would totally stay here again and plan to look for future open dates!

This home was a turn-key destination for a dream vacation with my family. With three separate floors, each with their own tv/living area, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with 2 huge dining tables, a massive couch inside and many outdoor living spaces as well... there was ample room for everyone to spread out as well as great spaces for family gatherings. The view of the ocean and the pier were iconic and the sunsets were gorgeous right from the 3 decks! The distance to The Strand and all of the great coffee shops and restaurants downtown was perfect! We rented a car but also did a ton of walking because there were so many places nearby. This location and home were absolutely perfect and I look forward to coming back here to share another vacation with my family.

We have been coming to Oceanside for the past 12 years on vacation. This was one if not the best house we have stayed in. It had just recently been remodeled so everything was new. It was very well up kept and very clean. The rooms were big, had very comfortable beds, with very large tv's in every room. But the best thing about the house were the views of the ocean. The two balconies and bottom patio had excellent views of the beach along with the numerous windows on all three floors. We are already planning to come back to this same house next year. And a big thank you to Kim, she was available every time we called her for minor things and took care of it right away.

The property is beautiful with direct ocean view. Three levels each with a balcony.There was only one issue we had. When we reviewed the photos and the posting of amenities and essentials it mentioned a fireplace. Mentions it twice in the posting and there is a photo of a fireplace. When we asked how to use it as we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on they texted back that it is ornamental only and that they have central heating and air-conditioning. They said there’s no picture of it actually showing that it is working. So just be careful if you’re looking for a place with a fireplace then this will only have fireplace in the family room and one in the master, but they do not work. Many other listings will show fake Candles so that you know that it’s not working. I wish they would remove that in the listing where it says amenities such as washer dryer and it does list fireplace.

Property was clean, ocean views from all three floors.Ants were a problem on the main level kitchen and the bedroom. I’ve stayed on the beach before without the ants. This was stated the night before that ants were a problem. Seems to be a bigger problem than expected. The bathroom sink on the top floor was leaking around the faucets. I believe another one was leaking as well .The top floor was the best and very comfortable.

The property was as advertised but the host decided to charge me 200 for a "repair" of a stove knob that was already broken. When I inquired why, I did not receive any reply. Do not stay at this property or any of the other properties that are associated with this host as they will nickel and dime you.

Beautiful home was perfect for our 3 generation family of 10. Three level living was great for either morning and late night gatherings. All bedroom, dining, kitchen areas exactly as advertised. Sunsets from upper deck were beautiful. Communications with host and the check in process were timely and thorough. Would book again if Oceanside in our plans down the road.

Gorgeous property with plenty of space for our party of 11. Would definitely recommend…we had the master suite and went to sleep with the sound of ocean waves. It was incredible to have three levels of seating by the ocean too. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants!
